Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Simply put, An amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff! We spent a week here and all of us agreed that it was not long enough and we would go back in a heartbeat, and definitely will. We had an eventful first day, which involved me leaving a bag on the transfer bus, which also contained our passports, so checking in wasn't an option. The TUI rep on site, Carl, was so helpful with helping us retrieve it, but we weren't able to get the bag back until the second day. The hotel allowed us to check in with Driving Licenses on this occasion and I needed to provide the passports the following day. This was such a relief. The same day, I fell over down on the beach, and bloodied my knee. I knocked over my daughter at the same time who cut her ankle. Victorija in Guest Services was so kind to patch us both up. She kept checking up on us to make sure we were OK over the next few days. Vicky from Guest Services was very helpful with making a booking in the restaurant when there wasn't any space, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. My daughter LOVED the kids club. Both of the staff in there were so friendly and looked after the kids so well. Some days, my daughter was the only one in the room (off season) but this was not a bother to them. The kids dance party in the evening was a big hit with all the younger kids. The outdoor theatre was also really good. We spent several nights watching the shows, but if you do go, wear mosquito repellent. Those things are vicious. My wife and I are still itching. The pools are great, but the infinity pool down by the beach seems to be warmer, and much more popular. The food is something else!!! It was great! The World Restaurant and La Trattoria was absolutely amazing. The choice wasn't vast, but the food that was there (which changed every day) was really tasty. The only let down really with the food was the Greek Restaurant on site which you had to book for. I had the Chicken Souvlaki (I think thats what it was called) which turned out to be a small portion of chopped chicken, in what tasted like English Mustard. The entertainment at the World Restaurant area was also really good. My daughter (6) was up dancing in front of the stage EVERY opportunity and the entertainers didn't seem to mind. I can't say I'd have been as patient. I also want to call out Katerina in the World Restaurant, who by the end of the week, had our drinks order memorised, and was happy to put up with my kids (and my) poor efforts at the Greek language. If you are planning to visit Corfu, this should be the hotel you stay in!

Being a single traveller it’s always an anticipation on how you will be treated at any resorts. It didn’t take long for me to be put at ease at Dreams Corfu, all of the staff were quick to realise that I was on my own & made sure that I was always included. I must point out Cue & Tori in the entertainment team who both made me feel like a member of a family. The choice & quality of the food & drink is as good as many top fine dining restaurants, with a choice of different restaurants to suit everyone. The variety & quality in the buffet restaurant was also first class with freshly cooked meat & fish. I have been to top Caribbean five star resorts & Dreams Corfu us up there with them. I have one message for this resort, I’ll definitely be coming back.

This hotel is amazing, clean, the food is incredible and the staff are amazing. The staff really can't do enough for you and really make you're stay more special. The food is restaurant quality and they have a wide variety everyday. I would highly recommend staying here.

Will submit review after my complaints are seen we were on a special year celebration and this was where we we dumped by Tui who who gave us no other choice as the hotel we booked over a year ago was still having upgrade work done which we were only made aware of at the end of our first week cruise.

We weren't originally booked for Dreams hotel, however were moved to it by Tui so we were not sure what to expect. However, we were blown away by our stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and we wanted for nothing. The preferred bungalow we stayed in was spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. We will definitely stay again in the future.

What started off as a very stressful holiday, ended up being a slice of paradise... We had booked our holiday at Atlantica nissaki beach, only to be told the night before we travelled that the hotel was not ready for guests so we were driven from Corfu airport to Dreams resort and spa. We had booked a junior suite with a private pool and a full sea view at Atlantica, so were dismayed to be put in a bungalow, with a view of another bungalow in front and limited sea views at the side. i contacted carl, the TUI rep to say we thought we would get like for like, but we didnt get moved until the Monday, so three days of our holiday wasted..... finally though we were given a swim up pool, but still no sea view!!!... however the hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean, the staff are attentive and work hard, and the food was very good, so we ended up having a lovely holiday, albeit not what we had booked or paid for.

We stayed at Dreams following our Cruise. It was a perfect choice, stunning back drop, friendly staff. Several pools to choose from, we spent our time at the new pool, which is going to be for adults only. We will definitely be returning

We have stayed at 9 dreams / secrets resorts and this one is a million miles behind them. It’s clear they have used the dreams name without knowing the brand. Simple things let it down like eating your meals without been offered a drink, the restaurants been closed, the waiters in the preferred area not been available due to staffing levels, the preferred lobby should have food throughout the day, even the room service menu is a let down with very very few it’s on and it’s chargeable! It’s all the basics that makes dreams an excellent chain. This one needs a lot of work, I can’t blame the hotel for everything, things like the horrible smell of cat poo around the hotel is due to its wildlife not the hotels fault. What I can blame the hotel for is people being able to smoke anywhere and I mean anywhere! Even at the outside restaurants whilst your eating people would spark up! Rooms were clean and tidy. But overall if you have stayed in a Hyatt own resort before this one will be a big let down!

We stayed in a sea view bungalow which whilst ‘compact’ and could do with some drawer space we absolutely adored. A much quieter part of the resort with fabulous views of the sea with surrounding olive trees and geraniums. Felt authentic Greece rather than possibly the preferred section where I felt you could feel like you were anywhere in the world? The staff are amazing. There is a wide variety of food, something for everyone, however sometimes the main dishes would be somewhat tepid? I would go back in a blink of an eye having been a bit dubious with some of the reviews Ihad before going.!!!
