Very nice place

The staff were really nice & helpful, our room was spacious & clean, easy access to mini market, pharmacy & restaurants/cafes.

Nice cave hotel with clean rooms. Like other cave hotels, no elevator. Nice breakfast with freshly-cooked omelette daily. Helpful reception and kitchen/housekeeping staff although they dont speak English. This hotel feels very homey.

The cave room was beautiful and spacious, the auntie who prepared breakfast was very welcoming, the breakfast portion was sufficient, but there was no freshly brewed coffee. There was no carpet on the upstairs terrace for taking photos. Maybe the hot air balloon was not flying that day, so I couldn’t take photos. What a pity! I hope to see a hot air balloon take off next time.

The staff were very friendly and kind. They also kindly helped us plan our activities, and we had a very fulfilling trip! The room was spacious and had a cave-like feel, so we felt like we were in an extraordinary place. We were greeted by a cute cat, a typical Turkish sight, and it was very relaxing. I'd like to come back!

The location is great. It's just a few minutes walk from the bus stop, and only a small uphill climb. I'm grateful to the kind staff. They looked for tours, arranged a bus to Pamukkale, and even took us to and from tourist spots when they had time. I was really impressed. They were always looking out for us. I chose a large room with a bathtub, and it even had a jacuzzi. It really helped relieve my fatigue. The moment I walked in, I sighed and couldn't contain my excitement. It was too big for just two people. Breakfast can be had in the dining room or on the terrace. The sunrise and balloons on the terrace, and the sunset in the evening. It was really wonderful. It was the best chill time. I think this is a hotel where Japanese people can stay with peace of mind. I highly recommend it (*^^*)

The hotel guy is very nice. There are not many types of breakfast every day. You can ask the guy to make coffee and fried eggs for you. The location of the hotel is also good. It is not far from the station and you can walk everywhere.

Ctrip's rating is obviously high. The facilities are very simple, the service is mediocre, and the breakfast is almost nothing delicious. I stayed for two days and actually left for half a day and no one cleaned it when I came back. It was just a cave hotel.
