The rooms are small but really nice. The hotel is a little rusty, but I think it has was a very good deal for what I paid. I'd stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Central location near to Metro station and walking distance to Central Park. Hard Rock Cafe located along the same street. Doesn’t look like 4-star hotel and quite old. Would be better if room rate can come with complimentary breakfast.

Good location for business trip

I was wrong to underestimate this hotel because of the reviews from other hotels in NYC. Aside from the lack of microwave in the room & only 2-out-of-3 working 4-5ppl elevators, this hotel is pretty great! The room is enough for my girlfriend & I. Cozy bed, nice shower, wide bathtub, coffee maker & a mini fridge. Amazing location near bus stops (one just in front of the hotel), subway & CVS on the next block. Only 5min walk to Chrysler Building & around 8min walk to Grand Central Terminal! Most importantly, the hotel is reasonably priced for a nice NYC hotel. Good customer service (shoutouts to Nestor!) & excellent housekeeping! They cleaned our room & fixed our bed every single day! & there's a bar downstairs which also serves Starbucks. I recommend! Will sure consider coming back when I visit NYC again.✌🏼

While the location was pretty safe and smells a lot cleaner (as it’s located fairly newer UN), the service leaves little to compliment. The front office and back office were clearly quite disconnected as I had to not only frequently make my requests through the phone but also remind them directly at the front desk over and over as they keep being missed out. The cleanliness of the room appears to be clean but the floor were extremely dusty. Despite having requested to have it vacuumed multiple times, it was dusty throughout my 7-night stay. While the rooms are a lot wider than the usual rooms with the same rate in NYC, it can be a little too dark. Otherwise, the deco’s and ambience are pretty on point.

到店以後被告知預訂的房型沒有了，給了一晚雙人間，後面兩晚讓我們入住了原先預訂的套房，但是很吵，有電梯井的聲音，過幾分鐘就咚一聲，沙發床中間凹陷，睡一晚腰痠背痛，翻身的時候整個床都咯吱咯吱的響

房間非常非常非常救，幾乎沒有任何裝飾，酒店裡麪所有的設施都老掉牙。服務很差，隔音效果更差，大半夜都能聽到人進出房間。check in前台態度愛答不理，形同虛設，簡直是我住過最差的酒店。

離中央車站很近，去時代廣場也能步行，就在聯合國附近。位置很好，交通方便。 缺點是房間很小，沒活動空間。 如果是商務出差，是還不錯。

地理位置非常方便，步行距離就到聯合國大廈。 距離地鐵站也很方便，去市中心基本上10分鐘車程。 設施齊全，寄存行李很方便。

房間設施齊全，服務熱情温馨，友好，酒店交通方便安全

停车太贵，102刀一晚！邊上也有停車場便宜N倍。其它還行，房間很小的，外面過道也小。

地段好，設施老了。服務上連雨傘都沒有。碰到下雨尷尬了
