"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which has a lovely boutique feel throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the whole experience feel very personal. I was travelling with someone who has multiple allergies, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, which we really appreciated. The service felt genuinely attentive and thoughtful. The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was a highlight, with plenty of fresh fruit and a variety of hot options that changed daily. The lounge area was spacious and relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Our room was very clean, generously sized, and well-maintained, with bottled water provided every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a good location and we felt very safe throughout our stay. "Very overpriced for what you get and disappointing - we wanted a treat and just got a headache staying here. The receptionist seemed unwelcoming and moody sighing when we had an issue. There was no hot water for when we stayed both seperate times (they knew about the issue on one side of the building and said nothing), we were eventually given another room to use the shower which was subsequently booked without informing us. The manager initially didn't seem very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but the whole experience wasn't. The only.good aspect were the friendly bar staff, great cocktails and the chef was helpful with providing some vegan dishes. The fresh bread was delicious."

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel! Really cool nature-esque vibe despite being located in the city, which I found unique. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Can easily walk out to Sheriff Street. I had stayed in a Supreme Suite. Quite spacious and cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel staff were also friendly. Will definitely be revisiting."
