Location is great. Walking distance to subway. Breakfast spread is good, for the price that you pay during the summer season.

They didnt cooperate at all and trying to get only reservation money without any service or change greediness

Clean and good location but hard to enter parking

Quality is much lower than expected from Holiday Inn hotels. Check-in was perfect, very friendly. But firstly, the room was a bit stinky. Then wanted to use the bathroom and noticed that sink is blocked. I informed the front office directly and promised to take care of the issue. Checked again upon my return to hotel at night but nothing was solved and always had to use the shower instead. During the check-out I was about to be fully charged again for my stay although it was already paid online.

Nice hotel

The hotel is directly opposite the harbor entrance and is ideal for boarding the ferry. It's a 10-minute drive from the parking lot to the harbor entrance. The hotel also has an open parking lot on the third floor for larger vehicles. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter H2L2 barely manages to get through the narrow entrance. The hotel is clean, and the service is very good. You should book directly with IHG. The breakfast, €16, is well worth the money. Parking is also €16 per night.

We had an apartment and it was very nice. Big, spacious and everything you need. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. The only drawback was that there were paper fish. Maybe the hotel doesn't know this yet, but unfortunately I saw one dead and one alive... we were only there for one night, but it was absolutely fine. Since we took the ferry the next day, the location was perfect for us. I've attached photos of the view. Super beautiful and right by the harbor. I had breakfast brought to our room, just more relaxed with the kids... it was great 👍 The hotel parking lot is a bit difficult to find, we were given a description on site to find it... I would have liked to have had that in advance. It is accessed via a very steep, narrow track, which is not my thing. Otherwise, I can only recommend it 👍

The room is spacious, and the windows are soundproofed despite being separated by an elevated bridge. It is a little far from the city center, so there are few restaurants around, but there is a bus stop nearby, which is quite convenient. The breakfast has a wide variety of options.
