"After staying at the Capitolo Riviera with my wife for a week,I can't fault it! We both enjoyed our stay with ALL staff being as helpful whilst we were there. A great place that was situated ideally for us to reach places like Portofino,Genoa,Monterosso & Santa Margherita. Meals were top notch (Breakfast and Evening). Our thanks to both Simona and Simone who made our stay as pleasurable as it could be!"

"It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant."

"The room was modern and comfortable. Location was the biggest drawback as it was placed in an undesirable part of town and felt dirty and unsafe to exit the hotel . Breakfast was in a lovely room but due to lack of kitchen staff , we had to forgo a cooked breakfast one morning as it was over an hours wait … there was one lovely conceige staff and one at breakfast. We would not choose this hotel in future due mainly to location"

"Overall, it was good, and the room was very nice. However, the train station next door doesn't have many services, so the journey involved going from Milan to another train station in Genoa and then transferring, which was a bit complicated."

"The hotel is directly opposite the harbor entrance and is ideal for boarding the ferry. It's a 10-minute drive from the parking lot to the harbor entrance. The hotel also has an open parking lot on the third floor for larger vehicles. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter H2L2 barely manages to get through the narrow entrance. The hotel is clean, and the service is very good. You should book directly with IHG. The breakfast, €16, is well worth the money. Parking is also €16 per night."

"The hotel is clean, comfortable and particularly quiet. It has a very good paid garage that helps solve the parking problem in Genoa. It is a 2-minute walk from the sea and the beautiful Boccadasse. The paid breakfast is in agreement with a nearby bar."

The accommodation with its 2 rooms is lovingly furnished so that you immediately feel at home.
