The staff not willing to help but the cleanner is very nice. My room not clean at all and smell bad.

Hotel location is good, the front desk is located on 2nd level which is a bit inconvenient especially when checkin and check out times. Only 1 lift serve the whole hotel guests. Lift can be slow at times too. Hotel staff not so friendly example when guest walk past front, the front desk staff didn’t look up or greet which was surprise as Japanese is known for well manners globally.

The location is good. Food is everywhere. Staff is helpful.

If Den Den Town (selling mostly second hand electronics and toys and anime stuff) is an area you explore a lot, look no further. Near to Namba and Kuromon market. Many restaurants nearby. At lobby, you can help yourself to free drinks and coffee. Our room was spacious with all basic amenities you might need.

Tthe staffs were very accommodating and the facility is clean but from hotel's hall to the inside of the room there's this unexplainable smell. If the room wasn't a non-smoking area room i would have think that the smell is from a cigarette. I hope they will do something for this.

I don't know about the large room, but The basic room is very narrow, so it's very small that it's inconvenient to move around with two carriers. However, the location is good because you can walk to Namba Parks, Namba Station, and Shinsaibashi. Considering the cleanliness and service, the friendliness of the staff, and the condition of the room, ㅜIt's average, like a guesthouse, but Still, the accommodation is not bad overall for the cheap price.

Good location, it was convenient to travel to Kyoto and Nara. The room is standard Japanese, small, good for one person, two would hardly fit there. The bed linen was clean, the mattress was hard (which was also good for me). Cleaning and change of towels was daily. On the second floor, where the reception is, there is a room with unlimited drinks, shampoos, powders and laundry, there you can also take pajamas, toothbrushes, a razor. On the first floor there is a large 7/11, and a cafe where you can have breakfast in the morning, if you paid for breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast in Japanese style, you can eat quite hearty.

The room is very small. I can't even turn around when taking a shower. The rooms on the second floor near the road are noisy. Although there is a soundproof wall outside the window, it blocks the window. The room is very small, it feels less than 13 square meters. The window is blocked and it is quite depressing in the room. There is no other advantage except the good location. The room is too small.

Everything is good, but the bathroom is too small and the shower head is inconvenient because it has to be turned on both sides.

The location is good for going anywhere. There are many convenience stores nearby. The facilities are old, but there is no problem staying here. It is less noisy at night than staying in Dotonbori.

My friend rents a house opposite, which is very convenient. It is next to Takashimaya East Building, quiet in a busy city, and only eight minutes walk to Namba

It wasn't bad. The only inconvenience was that there was only one elevator.

The minimum necessary is available. The only drawback is that it takes a little time to check in. It takes a little walk from the station, but I think it is enough for the price.
