The room is clean and service of staff is very good. Food for breakfast is fresh but limited choice of hot dishes, and if you stay in this hotel for more than 3 days, you may get bored with the repeated food. Suggest can plan to have breakfast in other place if possible. The location is ok, around 30 mins walk to the Lake and 15 mins walk to the Broken Chair.

The selling point of this hotel is its location, which is located near the Central Train Station. However, there is no refrigerator in the room, and no provision of slippers and toothbrush. Overall, it has been a decent stay for me.

Lovely hotel, all the basic comforts are included. Convenient location as it is between the airport and city. Perfect for a few-day business trip.

Nice hotel, all in line with the other Ibis Hotels ie clean rooms and comfortable bed. I wish they have sheer curtains on windows, not blinds only. Breakfast is also fine, although hot plate with sausages was empty on both days I stayed (I’m vegetarian so not a big deal for me). Internet connection in room was good and speedy.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. One can walk from the main station. Restaurant and supermarket are available and some are open till 22:00. We really enjoyed our visit in Geneva.

The room is clean and tidy, the staff is warm and considerate, the equipment is complete and easy to use, the surrounding environment is very good, travel is very convenient, and it is very close to the train station, the big fountain, etc. It is very good.

The service was super slow when checking in, and only one employee was on duty. The service level and efficiency could be improved.

I couldn't even drink water at the hotel. There was nothing. The location was on the right side of the road and it was far.
