Very Good Resort. Great food. The Restuarant with the sea view is awesome and you can have a wonderful dinner here. The Resort is nearby to the temple and Malgund beach which has lots of water sports. I visited with my family in April 2024.Dont miss on checking out their in-house showpiece store.

This is undoubtedly one of the top Hotels in Ganpatipule, previously known as Abhishek beach resort. It has one of the best views of the beach from its balcony (Sea View Room). It is 1.5 km from the town and 200 m from the beach. It has a direct access to Abhishek beach by steps. The property is well maintained. Swimming pool, play area for kids, Spa are some value additions. Room service is prompt. Wi-Fi is free but connectivity is a little varied. Dining is at the Waterfront Cafe which has a superb food and bar menu. If at all there are any flaws, the location and views from this Hotel supersede whatever is lacking.

This is an ideal resort in the Konkan Coast for those who are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The beach, a short walk from the resort is one of the best I have experienced in India! The Resort offers 3 decks for outdoor dining overlooking the ocean which is an absolute treat! The Staff at the reception were always most helpful in accommodating your needs - and the staff for dining always so hospitable. They even remember your preferences if your staring longer than a week. Thank you to everyone at Reception - Nihal, ***dar, Siddhika, Nayna, Thank you so much Vikas, Prathamesh and Sudhir for great dining service and a big thank you also for the dependable and excellent car service offered by Abhay and Surya who showed me so ***y different parts of the Konkan within 2 to 3 hours drive from the resort! I look forward to revisiting for a longer stay next time!

if you are looking to spend a wonderful two days weekend holiday in kokan then this is ideal resort for you. as now lot ***y long weekend holidays are coming, you can visit this resort and use my coupon "Chef20" to get 20% off. Resort has dedicated steps to the beach and the beach was way too good, clean with silver sand, i am sure it's the best place to spend the evening with your group. located in ganapati pule with best beach view you can get from almost all the rooms of them. rooms are spacious with the best amenities and a huge balcony where you can relax with a coffee in your hand listening to the sea breeze and watching the wonderful sea. This resort has an amazing spa where you can relax, it has a lot of indoor games for us like table tennis, pool, chess and carrom. play area for kids is made superbly. The pool has an amazing infinity view and the size of the swimming pool is huge too, which super relaxing. the restaurant here serves tempting local seafood, Punjabi, Chinese and even continental. cocktails of them are certainly a must-try. breakfast buffet had amazing options too. There are ***y activities you can do as you while staying in the westbay. paramotoring is the first what we did, the car of the resort takes you to the beach you can enjoy the thrilling ride there. ganapatipule ganapati temple is just 5 mins walk from the hotel so you can visit it anytime. You can visit ***y tourist places in Ratnagiri too, the drivers and total staff of the westbay are so kind and welcoming. I would strongly recommend West Bay Resort and Spa if you are looking to spend an ideal minimum 2-night weekend. certainly luxurious, relaxing and recharging yourself.

Good Resort. Proximity to Ratnagiri Station. Good Food. Nice lush green property. Very hygiene food. Few Feedback’s. We were at Room No 306 from 28th Jan to 30th Jan. They should give cookies or something interesting everyday Room could have been slightly bigger Water front beach cafe could have few more speaker. Buffet spread could add one or two more items like dry fruits cakes or pastry Restaurant could have TV where Kids would have enjoyed while watching cartoons Loyalty discount or loyalty card should be there For activities, if you are staying in the property , you get certain discount etc For lunch or for dinner a very limited buffet option should be there as there are no closer by restaurant nearby and last the pricing part should be little lower

Well maintained and good location. We stayed at this residence from 1 Jan to 4 Jan 2024. Nice resort, beautifully maintained with plantation. Food was good. We travelled with infant and the team ensured that the baby gets healthy meal. Special thanks to the head Chef Mr Raut and also to Mr. Sudhir (popularly known as Kaka) and also to al the staff members of the resort.. We will be happy to come back for another beautiful holiday and also recommend this property to our friends and relatives. All the best

Please avoid this resort. It is not a resort but an insectarium (Insect zoo). There was a live frog in the commode and spiders, red ants, big ants and couple of other insects in the room. We stayed for 2 days. Both days we had multiple insects visiting our room which forced us to change the room, which meant doing the checkin-checkout process 4 times. It was very painful. The staff offered us executive room on day 1 when we reported insects but asked us to vacate it next day, despite it being empty. Next day we had another issue (this time frog) so they offered the same executive room (which we vacated in the morning). The food too is way too pricy and quality is average. Staff too keeps poker face when complained and don’t have any empathy. Resort is located far from main beach and Ganpati temple. Overall overpriced resort with basic sanitation issues and overpriced food. We are offered some discount on food when I asked for refund but that’s it.

Westbay is one of the best places you will find in Ganpatipule. Below is the list of Pros & Cons we experienced as a family travelling with our pet dog Leo:) Pros:) 1. Property is near to Beach & the iconic temple. Resort is very beautiful & huge with ample amount of space for you & your family to enjoy, click photos, walk. 2. The Best feature of this resort is its Staff - Warm, guest loving & good hearted hu***s who seem to be trained in the best of the hospitality institutes but in reality are local people with pure heart & warm personalities:) Special mention - Mr. Sudhir Reelkar, Mrs. Nutan chavan, Mr. Raut have been so good to us that we couldnt resist extending our stay here. They have been paying close attention to our requirements & delivering over & above our expectations. Their courteous behaviour makes the guests feel special & valued. Have experienced such kind of hospitality at the Taj IHCL Hotels. Special kudos to these three & the staff for delivering such high level of service standards! 3. Food was too good especially the Breakfast with so ***y delicious options. Your kid will also get a special Mickey mouse dosa which is a great result of Mr. Raut's creativity. We had our meals at the restaurant whenever possible. The staff also arranged a small decoration for us in the evening 4. Bathtubs are very spacious & give a good experience. Also, the balcony gives you a beautiful view of the sea & sunset. Cons:( 1. Spa is a total No No! Please avoid it as the staff is very rude 2. Be careful if travelling with a pet as there are few strays in the resort which attacked my friendly pet for which we had to take him to a vet. This incident ruined our experience at the resort. 3. Super deluxe room 403 & 404 are good but can be noisy as there is some construction going on. Can opt for other rooms Overall experience was very good except the few hiccups as mentioned above.

As usual we are fans of this resort. We are visiting this place since 2010. Stunning view of ocean from the rooms are making us to fall in love of this place…Again ! Food is tasty, easy to digest and safe. But this time they slightly disappointed us and are loosing one star due to restaurant ***agement. Bar should be at different place from family restaurant. Because it was so uncomfortable while taking a dinner with Family at restaurant which was almost full with Alcohol Drinkers. For drinkers… seating place should be different. Another issue is about Tea orders. One day I ordered one tea and coffee at around 8.10 pm at room as I was so tired due to hectic travelling. But restaurant denied to serve tea n coffee that time. They said tea service is closed now...only we can serve dinner ! As per Three Star Standards Tea n Coffee should be available at round the clock. Because I prefer kitchen tea only…and not room kittle tea. Thanks to Vikas from Restaurant who served us well at restaurant. He is really hardworking person. Housekeeping is fantastic as usual. Our kids liked sports room and kids swimming pool.
