The swimming pool was cold, there was no toothpaste , no electric kettle in the room, no complimentary water, the room was outdated, the shower was very old and difficult to use, in all honesty this hotel room was a 2 star at best. The reception area was indeed a 5 star and that was it.

This hotel is generally ok. But some staff needs training as I had very hard time to program my room key, which receptionist fails to do so 3 times during check in which was really annoying as I arrived to hotel after very long flight.

The location is not only conveniently situated but also offers stunning surroundings that enhance the overall experience. The facility itself is thoughtfully designed, combining modern amenities with a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and well-accommodated

It is a nice hotel to stay, it is well-located and a stone’s throw away from the sea. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is nice too.

The reception is super nice and helpful. Room is too old and the bed is not comfortable. The view is nice but I don’t like the breakfast. The service people at breakfast area is rude, and breads & foods are not 5 star hotel level

非常非常美好的一個酒店，前台辦理入住的Rita小姐非常的友好，給了一個非常棒的房間，晚上的夜景也是美極了～早餐吃飯的地方就可以看到壯闊的大西洋，早餐種類也很多，尤其是水果。

Pequeno almoço com pouca oferta e comida pouco saudável para um hotel considerado Premium. Comodidades com algumas falhas… está a ser remodelado, dizem….

Boa localização, atendimento simpático, higiene e instalações excelentes. Pequeno almoço excelente.

チェックイン、チェックアウトなどへのレセプションのフレキシブルな対応はあまり期待できない。客室に湯沸かしポットやティーセットなど通常の五つ星ホテルでは備え付けられているアメニティはなく、ハウスキーピングに湯沸かしポットの貸し出しをリクエストしてもウェイティングリストに載せるという対応だけで何日待っても結局は貸し出されなかった。ボトルウォーターの無料提供も滞在初日に１本のみの提供しかされない。１泊だけなら良いが、何日滞在しても１本しか提供されないとのこと。立地や建築は良いものの、サービス、アメニティの点では改善が望まれる。

確實是有點老舊，設施也有些跟不上，感覺還停留在20年前的裝修風格，但酒店位置不錯，就在賭場邊上，風景優美

Een matig hotel waar de glans wel vanaf is. Slecht ontbijt in een zeer massale ruimte. Koffiemachines constant stuk en bijna geen gezonde voeding te vinden. Kamers echt gedateerd.
