"We had a wonderful stay in Funchal at this very well-located hotel, right in the heart of the city. The location is ideal: close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around so much easier. From the moment we arrived, we received a truly warm welcome. The reception staff were professional, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. This made our arrival very reassuring. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the day. There was a wide selection: pastries, fruit, cereals, hot dishes... And I must mention one thing: the person who prepared the eggs in the morning was absolutely lovely."

"Centrally located, so only a short walk into Funchal Centre. Good sized clean and comfy room with well stocked kitchenette (pans with lids that fit, new non-stick frying pan, corkscrew, plenty of cutlery, sharp knives etc) for those who like to cook an evening meal every now and then. Quiet fridge with working freezer drawer. Helpful friendly staff. Great roof terrace with pool. Nice little unpretentious restaurant next door. Sea view. Hot powerful shower. No aircon, but it was January, so that wasn't an issue. As 3* hotels go, its one of the better ones. No complaints from me. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Aside from the view, which is described as partial ocean view (you actually have to lean over the balcony on the 11th floor to catch a glimpse of water), everything is fine. There's a supermarket next door, everything is very clean, and the staff are friendly."

"The hotel is conveniently located for traveling by car. Almost across the street is a shopping center. There are many shops nearby. Spacious rooms, huge balconies. Cool varied breakfast with champagne. The hotel has many beautiful photo zones with views of the ocean and the sunrise! Luxurious terrace! Outdoor pool and jacuzzi are not with ice water, we went in the winter without any problems. In the indoor pool, the water is much warmer, but there is a strong smell of chlorine. Upon arrival, they give out cards for a welcome drink at the bar located in the lobby. It was nice. Once we went to dinner, which is served as a buffet. But we did not like it. It was not as tasty as we would have liked. The only negative we found was paid parking in the underground garage! Why not make parking free for guests? But, I must admit, for a 4 - go stars Hotel is very good! I recommend!"

"Relatively small hotel in good area within walking distance of main areas of Funchal. We had a lovely room with great views. Buffet breakfast each morning with plenty of choice. Friendly helpful staff."

"My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The lady at reception was very helpful, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly from the moment I arrived. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more special. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The two girls working at the bar in the afternoon were wonderful — unfortunately I forgot their names, but one of them was Venezuelan. They were both very welcoming and professional. The breakfast team was always respectful and ready to help. One lovely lady was so thoughtful that she prepared my outdoor table setup in the morning before I had even picked my food. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager handled the staff and operations very smoothly — you could really feel how organized and professional everything was. I also noticed the lady who I believe is the GM. She looked incredibly hardworking, present during the afternoon, evening, and morning, always supporting her team. I even saw her celebrating staff birthdays with them. This is exactly how true leadership should be. Anyone looking for real hospitality should visit this hotel. As a Hospitality GM myself, I can confidently say this is an approved place to enjoy a wonderful experience with your loved ones. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.Keep it up"
