Very clean, good location, walking distance to conbinis, malls and street stalls. Highly recommend.

Very close to Canal city and walkable distance to Hakata station. However, the accomodation only offers limited service. E.g. no large car reservation

It is only suitable for a couple. For first 2 nights, there was 4 of us, and it was very cramp. If 2 people and the sofa bed not set up, then more comfortable. Location right at canal city tourist area. Big malls nearby, so shopping and food no problem. Parking is on the street parking, but always available.

Great location! Walkable to Canal City and Family Mart. full of facilities in the room, fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, shampoo, bath soap, I love that the room can seperate to 2 bedrooms which match my group. And the terrace is so stunning..

Small apartment but functional. Washer has a lot of filth and grime that sticks to your clothes after washing! Better not washing than to wash! Clothes came out really filthy! I was so angry.

The hotel location is good, and the cleaning is well done. And most of all, the room was large, so I could stay without much difficulty even if many people visited.

Perfect location to shopping but you need to walk a little bit from the hakata station, 4 pax is perfect, 5 would b slightly uncomfortable

The apartment has no parking but there is a lot of parking nearby Dryer is on the ground floor but one of them is broken Location is very close to Hakata Canal City a few minutes walk to Tenjin more than ten minutes walk

It was good because Canal City was close by, the view of the river from the balcony was good, and the water pressure was not bad, so it was a good place to stay that I would visit again next time.

The accessibility is really good. Canal City is a 3-minute walk away, and the Nakasu River is right in front, which is nice. However, the cleanliness is so bad that I don't recommend it if you are traveling with your family. There was too much dust and hair next to the bed, and in the bathroom, there was a lot of red mold on the bathtub and sink, which was quite unpleasant. I cleaned it with the provided vacuum cleaner and disposable toothbrush, but I didn't like the fact that I was doing this while traveling.
