The only pleaent thing there was the cleanliness, but i highly don't recommend it for anyone who intend to visit Madrid daily, the transportation is very long and really hard to find any help

Bad experience. I feel cheated. We stayed with 3 adults and a baby. They charge us €45 once we arrive at the hotel. They say that the application does not inform them about the baby's reservation. Lie. Call them personally to request the crib. We pay. Once the stay is complete, I complain through Trip and they tell them that this charge is for the crib (on the phone they say it is free) and for the parking (we do not park at the Hotel).
A 10 for Trip. 0 for the Hotel.
Regrettable.

Terrible hotel, we booked two rooms for the weekend, and with 30 degrees in Madrid, the air conditioning doesn't work, only the heating and with spiders in the rooms like tarantulas and the solution they give us after spending the first night without sleeping a wink is that we look for another hotel.

Most normal hotel. Everything was going as expected until it occurred to us to take a bottle of water from the machine. We got 1:50. We told him what happened at the front desk and his response was that he was not responsible for the machine, which was a vending machine and that usually happens. To which we asked him for a solution, he told us to call the phone number on the machine. The somewhat cocky guy. We told him that at least if it was broken he should turn it off so that it wouldn't happen to other people, and he told us that it wasn't his fault. From what I understand that they will take the money that the machine keeps. Because of the bad manners we put up a complaint form. The rooms are very normal, hard mattress and soft pillows.

The only thing I can say about the hotel is a horrible experience, zero empathy. And the man who served us is a liar, unpleasant service. And I find it very strange, the day we booked she told us if we want VAT, there is no breakfast included, without VAT, it included free breakfast. Totally illegal. On the day of the reservation, he told us that it could be canceled without any problem and that he would refund the corresponding amount. But once we had paid for the three days, on the second day due to a personal matter, we had to leave. I asked for the cancellation of two days that He had paid, and he told me that he can only return a part of it for doing us the favor, and he told us his story, liars that there is a promotion for three days, and since we have only done one day's service, he has to charge us more.

It was the second time that we stayed in this establishment, the first in January 2022, the same circumstances as in this last one, three adults with a pet, a 3kg dog on the first occasion and on this one we added a 1 and a half kg puppy, We make the reservation through booking, upon arrival the person at reception tells us that pets are not allowed, we tell him that we believe we have carried out the search with the pet admission filter, he asks if we can spend the night or we have to leave and They tell us that this time it's okay, we spend the night, and the surprise comes in the morning, the person at the reception has already changed, a guy who in a very bad way, let's say it just so, calls us scoundrels for bringing the dogs into the room. hidden, dear gentleman, luckily for us, what is left over are establishments where dogs are welcome and, above all, where there are no bitter people working. On the other hand, I do not recommend the hotel at all, the bad beds are not the next best thing, the pillows are as if you were wearing a jacket, very bad, in short a place to not return to.
