The ads pictures not same as actual room. No bathtub as advertised. Tv only hv tamil education channel. Only one channel. Bad!

Serviced apartment hotel, the price is not expensive, the decoration is quite old-fashioned, the room is large, the view is very good, the hotel check-in is in a corner on the first floor of the basement, and a deposit of 150 MYR is required.

This is the first time I have had a terrible experience using Ctrip in all these years. It's not a normal hotel but a hotel apartment. The room facilities are too old and noisy. No one cleans the room. There is no hotel front desk, but there are a few foreigners at the corner of the stairs who don't speak Chinese to process your procedures. I also paid a deposit of 150 Malaysian ringgit, but the hotel order was not refundable because it was required for entry, so I had to stay. Alas, I feel like I was really ripped off!
