We had a great stay at this hotel! The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival very convenient. The rooms were cosy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. The highlight was definitely the restaurant – it offered a beautiful view and served excellent coffee, perfect for starting the day. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The environment was "exotic"! The staff was friendly, helpful and warm. The room was new, clean and tidy. The food was tasty! The offered coffee was very nice! I would definitely visit again Rioca hotel even for vacation with my family. Greetings to the entire staff!

The hotel is nice and clean, the accomodation fine, but when the fire alarm went off, there was no guidance whatsover from staff or warnings. Then it took almost 45 mintues before the alarm was being turned off, I was deaf at that point in time.

Rioca Apartments in Frankfurt exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The location was perfect, and the apartment was a lovely blend of modern style with unique Brazilian touches. It was not only cozy but incredibly well-maintained, quiet, and thoroughly cleaned every third day, which was much appreciated. The apartment had all the essentials and then some—everything from a fully stocked kitchen area for making tea and coffee to a small table equipped with built-in speakers and wireless charging for phones. It’s clear that Rioca has put thought into every detail to make guests feel at home. The highlight of my stay, however, was the wonderful staff. They truly made each day feel welcoming and comfortable. Amanda and Carla were especially outstanding—kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making my experience even more memorable. Breakfast was also exceptional, with perfectly creamy scrambled eggs and authentic Brazilian treats like brigadeiros, coxinha, and pão de queijo. Thank you, Rioca, for an unforgettable stay!

Nice room, everything new. Great shower with thermostat. Room was actually bigger than I expected. Internet was very fast. I have not used the kitchen except the coffee machine but next time I plan to use it, it is fully equipped even with dishwashing machine.
