Pelayanan yang baik dan transportasi yang nyaman, terutama ketika mengunjungi pasar furnitur, saya sangat puas dengan penataan kamar, dan proses penanganan akomodasi sangat lancar. Perjalanan yang sangat memuaskan!

Pengalaman memuaskan, hardware sesuai gambar, terutama karena pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, bisa dikatakan responsif, baik itu staf front desk maupun porter di pintu, sikap pelayanan sangat baik, membuat orang betah, ini adalah layanan Tingkat bintang👍👍

Layanan: Sangat bagus, Phoenix, manajer di meja depan, mengatur peningkatan gratis untuk kami. Sangat perhatian dan hangat untuk melihat anak-anak menginap. Perawatan diambil, kamar besar diatur untuk membuat kami tetap nyaman, dan perlengkapan bayi sudah disiapkan, yang luar biasa 👍🏻 Bayinya juga suka menginap, dan menginap satu malam lagi. Itu hebat! Phoenix Jia juga membantu saya meningkatkan kamar seluas 78 meter persegi secara gratis~ Meskipun saya check out sangat awal dalam perjalanan bisnis ini, pengalamannya sangat bagus! Akan datang lagi lain kali! Ibuku sangat menyukainya, dia tertawa sampai mati Aku mengambil banyak gambar! ***a post-modern sangat cocok untuk anak perempuan, dan ***a modern sangat nyaman! semuanya bagus! Terburu-buru, saya mengambil beberapa gambar di dalam ruangan.

Saya sering datang ke hotel ini untuk check in karena sangat nyaman. Ada restoran Singapura dan Jepang yang sangat saya sukai di dekatnya, dan sangat nyaman untuk makan. Ruangannya sangat tinggi, setidaknya empat atau lima meter, sehingga Anda tidak akan merasa tertekan untuk masuk. Dekorasinya juga sangat khas. Saya suka perabotan di dalamnya. Ini memiliki tekstur yang bagus untuk disentuh dan nyaman untuk diduduki. Ini memang produsen furnitur terkemuka. Great welcome when I arrived, and the service was great. Excellent hotel

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. We booked a suite to celebrate a chilled Anniversary & Valentine’s Day, and it was really great. It was the staycation we needed from our vacation. The staff were so friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The complimentary perks (welcome drink & sauna experience) were a wonderful addition. The Italian restaurant on the 56th Floor (I can’t remember its name) was exquisite , and the Sky Bar was a great way to wrap the night up. We’re happy this was our chosen hotel.

Clean and spacious

Hotel is attached to the Louvre Furniture Mall. Beautiful hotel with nice large rooms well appointed. If you plan to explore The Louvre this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

The CM Staff of Harley, the Supervisor in the lounge, was great and we chatted along the way. The facilities here are complete and the layout is very good, just like the pictures. The price is also more affordable and it’s more fun to play.Also The WIFI quickly and I will come here next time,We have a wonderful New Years Eve!!!

Sofitel rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Reception staff, Carrie is super friendly and helpful with our checking in.

Excellent hotel.located in the middle of the furniture district. Also connected to the Louvre Mall. Rooms are very nice. Especially for the price!

Hotel is great , location perfect , room really nice and clean But 1- front desk staff English no there 2- Italian restaurant A- English not there B- ordered a 1400 meal for 2 asked for beef to be cooked medium rare came medium well, sides cold C- returned the plate and asked for medium rare again could see the chef was not happy and arguing with the waitress!!! In front of us D- white wine kept on table , asked for ice bucket , staff bring and I ad to put the wine in it staff left it on table I own restaurant and I am a chef myself so that part you guys need training Sky bar really nice cigars collection really good So hotel service 10/10 Restaurant experience 2/10
