Ulasan Hotel Gracery Naha

Great location on Kokusai-dori, located within walking distance from the Prefectural Office monorail station, lots of food and shopping options available within a stone's throw away. Service from staff was impeccable as expected from Japanese service standards, great buffet breakfast which we added-on on our last day before checking out. The room was fine, and were already considered spacious for Japanese standards. Bath and toilet were clean and well-maintained. Our only gripe was that the room furniture was starting to get worn out, and the carpets had quite a few stains. Maybe some deep cleaning would do the job. Overall, a very good stay, and will definitely choose Gracery Naha again at the right price point.

The location of hotel is convenient. Right in the center of shopping street. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Wonderful Japanese breakfast, together with fantastic staff and service! Clean & reasonably sized rooms, value for money, would return again!

Perfect location, after speaking with the staff for a bit they were able to help me with an early check in which was incredibly helpful. They have their own parking area behind the building at a discounted rate of 700 yen (vs. 1,200). The room itself was relatively spacious for most Japanese hotel rooms. The breakfast didn’t look too appealing to me personally. Overall good stay, no complaints!

Great location and clean

I had a fantastic stay & it’s conveniently situated near public transport, shopping areas & restaurants. Getting around was easy, which made my trip even more enjoyable.

Lovely room near travel location

Excellent location ! The hotel is located along kokusai street where you can get last min souvenirs and a good local Okinawa dinner ! The property helped us book a taxi to the airport it cost us about 1500-2000 yen from hotel to airport . Very clean property and comfortable stay .

Located in the heart of a Kokusai Dori. Simple hotel yet adequately equipped with the needs of a traveller. Only downside is that their parking spaces are located quite far from their inn. Their breakfast at the hotel is very local Okinawan fare, and honestly quite delicious.i will choose this again if I’m in Naha.

After check out, while waiting a but before going to airport, we could sit in the restaurant and help ourselves to the cold and hot drinks. Very thoughtful gesture from the hotel.

Everything else is good except for the confusion of parking lot. I think it would be better to notify guests about where should they park before the check in time as we experienced going to the wrong parking lot and realized that only when we entered the hotel and see the small sign in front of the entrance (which is impossible to see before going to the wrong parking lot and end up paying extra.
