We loved this place. Very friendly people, lovely big room with quirky modern art, comfy seating area. Great wifi. Basic but fine breakfast. Tea and coffee facility all day. I have no complaints!

The location was great, easy to walk to most attractions. Near coffee shops and bakery's that opened at 7am, which is good when your an early bird. The room was cleaned everyday, the AC was not working but they did provide a fan.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The space are clean and well kept. Truly a 5 STARS. I will definitely go back. Great breakfast. Ok, so during our 2 weeks in Italy this had to be the best room. Roberto was great!! I thank you sir!! Free waters, bottle of prosecco was really nice. Breakfast included as well. Would highly recommend this place

Logistically, it's more than perfect for visiting Ferrara and enjoying it on foot. Both free and paid parking are just a few minutes away. Everything is family-run, it's not a chain, so you find human touch, availability, and kindness, which are always appreciated. And it offers more than what certain hotels offer (e.g., disposable slippers, leg massager, water, drinks, and a common lounge). Great attention to waste recycling. The breakfast could benefit from something savory. The owner works very hard to mange the property. Well renovated place, nice mixed old and new furnitures. 24 hours free water, free sparkling wine, and free snakes. The breakfast lady and the cleaning lady the owner hires does lousy job.

We stayed at the beginning of February as one night stopover before going to the last destination. I had another hotel in mind but was really glad I selected AAC!! Their hospitality is second to none !! I don’t know if Sig. Roberto Tira is the owner (he is also an author, by the way) but if he is, he must have travelled extensively to understand the guests’ needs and appreciation, such as leg massage machine (which is nice as part of interior as well), chilled bottle of Prosecco, bottles of water, fruit juice and coffee machine in the room. The room and also the bathroom we stayed are large enough...ours was room 8...I requested quiet room on the lower floor and it was perfect...I liked their bathroom amenities by ‘Prija’..natural skin products. And they even provide slippers, too !! Ok, this is not a 5 star luxury hotel and they naturally don’t have club lounge as such. But there are always plenty of sweet and salty snacks, coffee and bottles of water available in the lounge where breakfast is also served. I rarely find my kind of cornetto but they provide the one I like. It was also nice surprise that they even offer a little facial gadget, too. Roberto is very kind host. He was always there to assist us no matter how small it was. I very much felt ‘omotenashi’ spirit..meaning hospitality in Japanese.. at AAC in this little corner of Italy, perhaps the same hospitality you experience when you stay at very good typical Japanese inns. Thank you for the lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back wholeheartedly!!

Great, majestic place. First of all, manager Senior Roberto, called us back after 3 minutes we made a booking. He asked details, said he can store our luggage before check-in, we came early, left the luggage, received the key from the room, instructions and went away. When we back, luggage was in the room, fabulous room and bathroom+ foot massage chairs in the room for free, so you can make foot massage, both of you in the same moment, not 1!, Bottle of champagne in the fridge, as a welcome drink, big choice of coffee for your private use in the room, coffee machine in the room+ inclusive breakfast .+ Selection of many snacks and coffee in lounge, beautiful lounge. ByFantastic interior. Just for 50€+-, depends on the day of booking, price can be different. Great location, nice a**osphere BUT 1st of All Mr.Roberto respondind, kind, professional 💖💖💖.
