A lovely hotel if you are in the area this is your hotel. Recommended. In the area within an hour there are lots of attractions and entertainment, the hotel owners provide the service and of course amazing treatment, very clean and above all an experience that you will not find anywhere, certainly not in this area. In conclusion, highly recommended.

Evening Shade Inn B&Tea is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. A place where lifelong memories are made. Our trip to Eureka Springs was great and our stay at the Evening Shade Inn was the crowing touch, we are so glad we made the choice to stay at this gem of a B&B. You simply could not ask for a better experience. From the time we arrived and checked in to the morning we left our stay was superb in every way. The setting just off the main road into town was quiet and enchanting, our room/cabin was perfectly prepared and spotlessly clean. The hosts (Shawn and Shira) are wonderful, and are obviously dedicated to providing their guests with an outstanding stay. We would not hesitate to give the Evening Shade Inn B&Tea our very highest recommendation. If you are planning a stay in the Eureka Springs area (a really fun and interesting area by the way) you will be doing yourself a favor by staying at this wonderful place!

This was by far the best bed and breakfast I have stayed at. Shira and Shawn gave such a personalized touch to our stay here. Our room was very spacious and eventhough it was closer to the main road than some of the other cottages, I didn't hear any roadnoise inside. The bed and the sheets were super comfy and having a jacuzzi tub in the room was great after a long day of walking around downtown. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We stayed three nights in the Verbena Suite. Everything was perfect. The hosts provided many unadvertised niceties. This was our second time staying here, and we plan to return many more times. We've stayed at dozens of cottages and B&Bs in Eureka, and this one ranks #1. My favorite thing about Evening Shade is the breakfast. It is delicious and is brought to your room at the time you specify, eliminating the need to make pleasant chit-chat with strangers.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience to stay here!! It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Sitting on the deck watching the deer, seeing the trees sway in the breeze, and swinging on the porch swing — a perfect time! The breakfasts were excellent. Oh my goodness, the food was the best! Plus, we received some wonderful snacks each afternoon each day as well. The bed was comfy, the room was plush and clean, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and nice. I know this review sounds over-the-top, but it was an over-the-top stay. We highly recommend Evening Shade to anyone who might be visiting Eureka Springs.

An impromptu trip with no reservations led us to find the Evening Shade Inn. The accommodations were very clean & the extra touches (snacks, drinks & robes) were wonderful. All rooms have king size beds, super cozy bedding, and whirlpool tubs for two. While the decor may be slightly dated, all the extra touches will make you indifferent to the aesthetics. The breakfast was homemade & fantastic & brought to your room at the time that YOU request. The innkeepers, Shawn & Shira are the real gems at the Evening Shade! Take a few extra minutes to get to know them. They are great!

We went to Eureka Springs to celebrate our 20th anniversary. So glad we discovered the "Evening Shade Inn". The innkeepers were friendly and attentive to details! We appreciated the soft bed sheets, the delicious breakfasts brought to our door each morning, and the scrumptious afternoon desserts! The cleanliness of our room and the jetted tub added to our stay!

In order to celebrate my birthday, I reserved three suites for my children and I. The suites were clean, comfortable and quite large. Each room has a table and chairs which allowed us to gather in a single room for visiting and socializing. There is also a lovely gazebo with plenty of seating for family members. Normally, breakfasts are delivered at 9 AM each morning via Ozark split oak baskets. Due to our scheduled activities, we requested breakfast at 8 AM. The outgoing, friendly owners, Shawn and Shira, generously accommodated our wishes and delivered hearty, delicious breakfasts every morning at 8 AM. We also enjoyed the treats (cake, chocolate chip cookies) delivered every afternoon at 3 PM. This is a delightful place to assemble with family or to enjoy a romantic getaway. Shawn and Shira take customer satisfaction seriously and constantly seek feedback. I highly recommend scheduling a visit. You will not be disappointed!!
