The bed is really comfortable. The pillows are very fluffy. The bathroom is clean and big. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. The food is delicious.

Worst experience in my entire life. I have never been in a bad hotel like this before. The bed was dirty, we couldn’t sit on the toilet because it was uncomfortable. There were ants everywhere. The staff was unsympathetic. We don’t suggest it to anyone, it doesn’t worth the price.

I’ve heard and read in advertising about this „excellent” hotel so we wanted to try it. We spent 2 nights there and it was a bit dissappointing for us. Everything was O.K. (clean, heating, beds are comfortable, the staff is correct, the restaurant is elegant, the breakfast and dinner was good) but nothing special. The wellness was O.K. too, but the water wasn’t warm enough and it’s only opened at 9. Overall we had a pretty good time, but we expected more from a four-star hotel.
