Ulasan Yucca Hotel

The Yucca Hotel was conveniently located only 10 minutes from the train station.  There are two malls within walking distance of the hotel.  We had a riverfront room which was  spacious.  The breakfast was good, there was a variety of both Chinese and western choices.  However,  it would be nice if they had a few more western choices such as yogurt and pancakes or waffles.  It was nice to be able to stroll along the riverfront.   Front staff was very kind to allow me to add another 2 extra days to my stay.  I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again in the future.  

Overall satisfied with the hotel services. Room is specious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good.

到達都已經是晚上9點半了，用了我先生的手機訂房，可能會員級別不夠高，前台服務的人員黑臉態度非常差，看一下評論原來大家都吐槽這個夜班的服務員…再來就是我驚魂的後續，訂的是一個親子房，我去關陽台門的時候傳來我孩子的哭聲，我跑出來一看，孩子不見了，原來誤入了房間裏的恐怖的房。在我們房間有一個這種設備房，很陰深恐怖的，並且是沒有上鎖的。我們當晚就沒有住，去別的酒店了，真的是一個奇葩的酒店！服務和配備都是相當差

房間乾淨衛生，我們要求加一張床，很快滿足我們的要求，地理位置很好，在商場附近，出入都很方便，樓下停車場也很大！
