My recent stay at Yucca Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the staff who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. 酒店前台員工熱情有禮，還很貼心帶我們看了好幾間房間，最終選了房間異味相對輕的，衛生情況有待提高，有些肉眼可見的地方污垢沒有清理乾淨，早餐挺多選擇，味道也不錯，周邊餐飲購物方便，

意外驚喜，酒店設施，服務及環境都是不錯的，臨時出差挑選的，看來眼光還是不錯的，特別是環境真的是很好.唯一的就是早餐的種類太少了，酸奶啥的都沒有，就吃了個瀨粉...

服務，環境，衞生，各方面都很不錯，而且價錢實惠，住這裏也交通很方便，樓下有商場，購物也很方便，是一個很不錯的選擇，而且免費升了級，浴缸還提供一個免費的一次性泡澡袋，很貼心！但我有一個桃桃的地方，就是電視機太小，遙控器不好按，這個希望可以改進，希望下次來恩平再有機會入住！

晚上的服務員服務態度十分差～表情又兇惡 酒店設施越來越差，小童玩區的地墊又臟～馬桶還很難沖水～床墊還是爛的，還弄傷我的小孩～如果有問題的房間，為什麼換床單的服務員完全沒有檢查到？嚴重的工作不到位。

有免費地下停車場，可電梯直達上大堂。前台服務熱情，解釋到位。免費升級了房間，寬闖舒適，江景一流。早餐品種挺多，中式西式湯粉面水果都有
