Service: Inform the front desk of the situation when checking out and provide a solution: 1. Go to the hospital and pay for the medicine. 2 Check-out fee: 50 yuan (equivalent to 15% discount on the original room rate). Feeling: Plan 1: I don’t have time to go to the hospital when I’m traveling. Even if you pay for the medical treatment, how will you compensate me for the time I spend? 2 When a guest is harmed, the hotel only offers a 15% discount on the room rate. As a way of apologizing, it can be said to be insincere and does not care about the guest's perception at all. Result: We do not accept either option. This is a true review, and I hope that subsequent Ctrip users will be cautious when choosing this hotel. Hygiene is the basic service standard of a hotel, yet they were bitten by insects and proposed such a hasty solution. Although money is not omnipotent, the amount of refund indicates the attitude towards solving the problem.

It’s very convenient to get there just after getting off the subway. The hotel lobby is very spacious and comfortable. Personally, I feel that it is no less than Atour next door at first glance. The lady at the front desk provided very good service. She also carefully gave the child a pair of disposable slippers for children.
