Its on the heart of the town and location is very convenient. They also provide breakfast which is good for the travellers. I definitely recommend this hotel

It is a nice hotel with a relatively low price. However, the parking is not actually available in the hotel. You have to park in the car park nearby.

I would stay here again! I loved the location of the hotel. It is right inbetween the city center (New Street Station & Bullring) and the beautiful Brindley Place are by the old canal. The room itself was clean and looked mostly like it was in the picture, I also had a pretty cool view onto the old canal from the 15th floor. The carpet and the couch looked a bit "worn down", but it was clean nonetheless. The staff was friendly, nice and very helpful. It was nice that the breakfast was included and there was a good choice of breakfast options. I can 100% recommend this hotel when staying in Birmingham. I had a nice time and didn't miss anything while staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

Had a great stay. Hotel had everything we needed. It is close to train station and the venue we attended.

Service was good, we needed more quilts and pillows staff also gave us a heater. When handle on bathroom broken it was fixed within 15 minutes. Extremely pleasant staff.

Excellent location, close to Railway station, German Christmas market Brindley place and Gas street basin. Very good buffet breakfast Highly recommended

Have used Holiday Inn Express chain before. Usual good value at this location. Our room was quiet which was just what we wanted. And conveniently close to Symphony Hall area. Would definitely consider staying here again

Lovely clean, modern hotel. All extras requested at booking arrived at our room within minutes of arrival. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is in the heart of Birmingham. Close to shopping areas, train station and canals.. Practical facilities, a decent breakfast and a friendly service. Comfortable beds a good size room. Value for money

Location is convenient and quiet. Room is nice and very big. And many cupboards for storage. Will book again next time

Not so close to the train station. Walk will take around 12 mins.

A nice hotel, however I was given the wrong room number on check-in, which was a little embarrassing. Rooms superb, breakfast very decent, location isn't that central though. I would stay again.
