Saya menginap satu malam dengan teman saya. Kamarnya bersih, jadi nyaman menginap disini. Tapi tempatnya tidak terlalu besar, jadi kalau mau bersantai, saya rasa sebaiknya pesan yang lebih besar. Jujur saja, itu terlalu jauh dari stasiun. Namun lebih baik menggunakan bus atau taksi.

Very convenient location. Close to Central, Museumplein. 1 minute to tram 4 and 10 minutes to Vijzel metro station

很舒服的地方雖然說空間不大 但是應該有的東西都有。 If there is a chance I will definitely come again to visite.

The hotel was in a great location in a cute area. It was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful and flexible. The room was clean and well maintained. The toilet was also clean every day. For the price of the place it was perfect.

Like going back to the stone age. Noisy from outside, single bed was crammed up against a wall with the a headbanger all the way along. Stairs were crazy steep. I couldn't wait to get away. Stayed in better bus stops. The staff were OK and the roof didn't leak. Will never go back

Great experience! Nice beds and bathroom. And got free coffee in the lobby on our way out. Central in the city and nice bars next to the hotel. Also a nice river close to it where you can take a boat with unlimited drinks. They speak english in the lobby as well, which was good.

I stayed for 4 days in ITC Hotel in Amsterdam. Overall, experience was below average. The only good thing is its location which is peaceful.. otherwise i recommend think twice before booking... Its not worth the price paying for this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel one night. I reserved a double room with a private bathroom/shower through Chase Travel. They gave me a room with a shared bathroom/shower. They did not refund me the extra money I had paid for the room with a private bathroom.

Very nice hotel. Great location. The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely with a good shower. I had a single bed but it was very comfortable. The manager happily provided me with an extra pillow. The stairs are tough with luggage but that can't be helped!

Location is good, staff are friendly but the hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. We booked a double room but were given a twin bedroom in the basement and told to move the following day. The noise is unbearable, you’d get a better nights sleep in the bus stop outside. The pillows are either rock hard or non existent and look like they’re about 100 years old. As we paid over £250 a night to stay here, it feels like daylight robbery. Awful, would not recommend.

We paid £401 for three nights, the same late-rate as many 4 star hotels, only to discover Hotel ITC Amsterdam is hostel type accommodation. Our tiny room was on the fifth floor of an annexe where the stairs were dangerously steep and laundry bags blocked the landing. Being in the eighth month of pregnancy, we requested a change of room but were only offered an alternative on the 4th floor or in the basement. Management were unavailable so we had to return later and were then offered a three bed room but for a hefty supplement, which was not acceptable, given the poor standard of accommodation. We again requested a refund to move hotels but were refused. A man was asleep in reception clutching a can of beer. On the final night, we changed to a different hotel, without a refund from ITC, thus doubling the cost of our stay. I have never encountered such intransigence from staff and would caution anyone expecting facilities which match the excessive prices charged to look elsewhere.

Too many negative points and I can’t even know how to start it. I would NOT RECOMMEND this “hotel” at all. I spent 4 days over there but since the second day I was feeling uncomfortable. * I can start with the WORST PART EVER! I saw a RAT in my room walking around my stuff. I woke up around 3am with a loud noise, I turned the lights on and I didn’t see anything, at this moment I thought it was someone outside the room, then I got back to sleep. After a while I kept hearing the same noise, I started to get suspicious due the bugs I saw during the days before so I only turned on the flash of my phone and then I saw this disgusting surprise. I could not believe that. The rat attacks your food and the next day you will see some food in the another part of the room, like how come? You also will see bugs around all times making company to you. It was my last night in that place! * Once I arrived, they put me in the last floor which is the 4th, there’s no elevator and the stairs is such a crazy thing, super steep, you can easily fall down. It was a challenge and nobody offered me any assistance. I struggled with my suitcase, I needed to come up and down twice to be able to take my stuff. * The walls are very thin so you can literally hear everything outside from your room. From the rooms next door and from outside the streets as well. It happened to me, every day I got wake up early morning by the sound of the vacuum cleaner. Very disturbing. There’s also, once had someone came late night and it seemed that he was kind high, drunk or something, making noise and screaming like he was dying, so weird. I didn’t see him but like I said about the walls, I heard everything as if it was inside of my room. * I was traveling there in the beginning of this summer (2023) and I just have to say there’s no air-conditioning in any room in this place. So if’s there a warm weather in Amsterdam, you’re going to suffer, it’s unbearable keep yourself inside the room. * Many times the staff just came inside my room, like there was nobody there, using their own card to access the rooms. The housekeeping lady, housekeeping guy and an Asian guy. No safety and privacy at all. Very unorganized. * It’s kind unbelievable that this "hotel" have such an overprice regarding for what you get. It doesn’t worth. The pictures posted are photoshopped to seem a clean and spacious room. They don’t even have a mattress in the bed, it is something like a thin mattress.. I don’t know man. About the rat in my room I did address myself immediately to the reception at the moment but at 3am everything in this place was closed and there’s only a guy and he only said that he couldn’t do anything about that and I needed to wait till the morning staff coming. Then I asked him to open the reception for me to wait until the morning cause there was no way to me get back to the room and he only said that it’s not allowed, like, I didn’t get any support from them.
