Ulasan Sunrise Central Hotel

Staff was helpful but the room was filthy. The moment we stepped out of the lift onto our floor, a dank of mouldy smell assaulted us and the experience got worst as we entered the room. It would seem that even the cleaners were not brave enough to tackle the black mould covering the broken bathroom tiles. Sheets and pillow cases on the bed were so old that they were thinned and stained. To make matters even worst, a bug fell onto the bed! Given the filth and health hazard, we had no choice but to look for another hotel as they refused to give us another room….fortunately we managed to find another hotel cross the road. Hotel had a 3-1/2 stars rating obviously made by someone who never stayed here. This facility ranked 1-1/2 stars at absolute best.

I like the hotel location because its near the tourist attraction and food stores/restaurants. Highly recommended. Thank you to the front male desk at night shift who help me in getting a taxi.

The hotel is nice. The staff was friendly. They helped us with the luggages. The location is good. It would be better if they add a door for the shower, the whole floor got wet while having a shower.

Easy Access to Essentials: Nearby shops, restaurants, and other services make it a very practical place to stay, with everything you need within a short distance. Improved Bedding Quality: It would be beneficial if the hotel made regular bed sheet changes to ensure the bedding is fresh, as some guests may experience irritation or discomfort from sheets that aren't clean or are rough. The staff is friendly and kind.

Near to Ben tanh market and walking distance to riverside area. Near to Malaysian street.

The hotel is very clean and the service attitude is good. The location is very close to Chợ Bến Thành.

The Aircon was noisy, bed & pillow was uncomfortable. Did not get a good sleep. Supposed to get Premium Room but they give a Smaller deluxe Room which I do not understand.

Nice place. Furnishings not new but clean and in good shape. Unfortunately a little construction on the floor I was on at the time.

Very clean and comfortable room. Good location in district 1 (near walking distance of some attractions and easy access for tour buses to pick you up). Helpful and kind staff.

I like the location and price. Not as clean as I like. Mosquito and cockroaches can be found in restaurant. During weekend can be noisy from restaurant music nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. No problem with English. Good places for iced favored coffee drinks.
