Royal Beach Eilat by Isrotel Exclusive

Initially having high expectations, particularly for a flagship hotel, I found the check-in process to be tardy, albeit within the hotel's policy, which was acceptable. However, the service felt rather affected, with the receptionist conveying a sense of condescension as if merely engaging with guests was a favor. This unfavorable impression persisted upon entering the room, where numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues were immediately apparent. The floors were soiled, strewn with remnants from previous occupants, and notably lacking in vacuuming. Furthermore, pervasive dust accumulation was evident throughout the room. Adding to the disappointment were malfunctioning light switches and an inoperative sliding door, alongside a noticeably deteriorated room safe with non-functional buttons. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the receptionist, the dismissive response, "What do you want me to do about it? I can send someone now, otherwise I will forget about it," underscored the hotel's disregard for cleaning and maintenance standards expected of a flagship establishment, and fell short of the elevated customer service one would anticipate from a allegedly upscale hotel. Despite these shortcomings, the redeeming aspect of my stay was the commendable quality of the food served during breakfast and dinner. The cuisine was of a notably high standard, with a diverse and appealing selection. Additionally, the waitstaff exhibited exceptional graciousness and attentiveness. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel, particularly given the exorbitant price point.

The hotel has stunning views out to sea. The pool area is on two levels with extensive seating. The lifeguards are over zealous, which is a shame. The food is very good. It's worth getting a room with access to the lounge. The barman is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were on a 10 room holiday, the food was perfect perfect perfect a rich and delicious variety without a single complaint. The dinners were at the level of chef restaurants All in all the service was exceptional Everything was clean and well-kept and they went out of their way to provide service for every request we asked for. There are no words for sure. We will be back. Highly recommended

The bets Hotel in eilat, can't complain, on the beach and lovely luxury hotel. Great location and everything is perfect around! I would definitely recommend and would come back here! I love the food, people and everything about it. Love it all

Mediocre hotel. Over priced. Over rated. Old and run down. Very Crowded and claustrophobic in the lobby, lounge areas and dining rooms.

The staff has no experience how to treat a guest with respect. upon our arrive our room wasn’t clean and then on the next day I asked the housekeeper that was cleaning our room to take a better care on the cleaning and I give him a tip. definitely this hotel is not a four star maybe 3 star they only started treating us good once we started complaining definitely this is not professional. I wish that everyone that chose this hotel know what to expect!!!

Great hotel and wonderfull service even during the war

The check-in was straightforward - the front desk staff were varied (some were helpful, friendly - others were standoffish and some even playing on their phones while people waited) - the pool area is magnificent, but the water a bit too cold - the breakfast was delicious and had a very large variety of items. My biggest complaint is the noise level as the hotel is directly on the promenade, it got very loud particularly at night. Construction projects on the promenade with loud noises, beeping equipment at 11pm/midnight were going on during our stay. We called the front desk but were told there was nothing they could do about it. Better sound-proofing (windows, doors) is advised.

The entire hotel staff is amazing. They are attentive to you from the minute you check in to the minute you check out. The facilities are amazingly beautiful! The 16 story atrium is impressive. The pool area is gorgeous with terraced lounge chair levels, so everyone gets a clear view of the pool with waterfalls and a grotto. Most importantly… the food! The kitchen staff is unbelievable! The food is five ***** star quality. All breads, pastries, & desserts are baked and made fresh everyday! The buffet dinner and breakfast at the Vista Restaurant gives you so many choices to eat. All fresh and delicious! The outdoor dining areas above and around the pool give you many options to eat. The rooms are furnished with what I would say “ sophisticated elegance. Absolutely Beautiful !!! The bathrooms are stunning. The balcony views are amazing. Ten minutes after I arrived and checked into my room, I received a knock on my door. It was hotel staff delivering fresh apples, dates and a welcome note. First class all the way! I can’t wait to return here for another vacation. Only next time, it will be for a longer time!
