"A restaurant which when you arrive 5 minutes early for your reservation at thr first sitting is almost empty. They tell you to wait for 10 minutes outside as your table is not ready. An hour after ordering still waiting to be served. Once this place was good. Now it suffers from lack of management and a failure to understand what is service. When an entrecote arrived it was so full of fat it was unchewable. When the staff asked how the food was and were told politely, they just shrugged their shoulders."

"Not a recommended hotel chain. Their cancellation policy is problematic, even when cancelling more than 60 days in advance, a fee is still charged. The customer service experience is disappointing: cancellation cannot be done online and requires both an email and a phone call, which feels unnecessarily complicated. There are plenty of excellent hotel chains that offer a smoother, more transparent process, so there is really no reason to deal with this level of inconvenience."

"The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great "all-inclusive" service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!"
