"Very disappointed Bed experience for family vacation. Rooms without terraces. The rooms in bad condition and poor maintenance. The towels smell bad, the linen sheets are full of hair( not ours). No feedback or comments from the reception The food is below the average (compared to the high price of the stay). No ice in the pool , I had to get some ice by my self with my two years toddler in 45 Celsius! Defiantly last time here and Fatal hotels. Better to pay more and enjoy real vacation in Isrotel hotels."

"Horrible experience, Had bed bugs and got bitten all over. Worms and cockroaches in the rooms. We complained and the receptionist told us “well we are on a mountain and these things happen”….. Both of our replacement rooms were in the same state. We didn’t even get half off our stay."

"Rooms are very small, just 12sqm for a family of four, no desk, no chairs. With a view to the parking lot Recently painted, but otherwise, neglect and disrepair. They've hung the tv, that either children or parents, can watch tv, but not together. Food quality is mediocre. The staff is generaly nice, with a special negetive mention to eti, from the back office. She has yet to master the principals of costumer service."

"Try to avoid this hotel. Maintance is disaster. Rooms MUST have innovation. When painting walls also painted carpets. Doors are in very bad shape. Coutch near bed is ruined. Not clean enough. Too. Much spray in rooms. The poulation is mostly the low level. WiFi is very low if at all. All included is nice but, does not worth the price. Staff is very nice, but they are not the one who studied hotel service and management. Not enough shelters. No table to work in the room with laptop."
