Just back from a lovely overnight stay at The Ebrington Arms, celebrating our wedding anniversary. We’ve often eaten here on our many trips to The Cotswolds, but we decided to take advantage of their Winter Warmer package and stay this time. The room (Room 1) was cosy and welcoming, with a comfortable bed, decked out with crisp white bed linen. We were warned to expect some noise from the bar, as our visit coincided with the switching on the village Christmas lights, but we weren’t bothered by noise at all. The food during our stay was top notch as always, and a delicious breakfast. The friendly staff are a credit.

This pub is very quaint- everything you want from a country pub- cask ales, good food and an open fire in lovely surroundings. We drove here in the dark so missed the car park, almost ended up getting stuck in the wrong section! The pub itself is nicely lit inside, and inviting. Food excellent. Slightly more choice of beer on cask would elevate this pub even higher.

My husband and I had an overnight stay at this beautiful country pub and we were not disappointed. Chris greeted us on our arrival, he was as friendly as anyone can be, made us laugh and couldn’t do enough for us. We ate lunch, evening snacks and breakfast, each meal did not disappoint…the food there was fantastic!! At breakfast we met Patrick who again was extremely friendly and attentive and chatted to us whilst tending to the open fire. We stayed in room 5 which was extremely cosy and comfortable. We would highly recommend The Ebrington Arms and can’t wait to come back for a second stay!

We have just experienced a fabulous stay here. Everything perfect without impacting on a lovely warm atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming friendly and are passionate about ensuring you enjoy your stay nothing too much trouble. Rooms perfect plenty of hot water extremely comfortable beds. In an incredible location with plenty of local walks to enjoy.We walked to Hidcote manor and enjoyed a cup of tea and cake in the cafe.Returning to the Ebrington Arms for a welcoming log fire and a beer. We spend a lot of time staying in similar places but this stay is the first in a long time I would have loved to stay a second night .

Stayed here whilst at Campden BRI which was less than 5 minutes away. Easy to find with Waze, plenty of parking and efficient check in process. Proper rural country pub with lots of snugs and roaring fires to boot. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had a charming well appointed room as the pictures show and despite being a cold January night was very cosy. Food was great, decent sized portions and very flavoursome so complements to the chef and all round really. Nice pint of Estrella on draft and the WiFi was fast enough to watch the football on my iPad. Hope to be back.

If you think celeriac soup can’t be exciting , think again - Ebrington food is an explosion of taste, as well as the comfort blanket. Don’t miss the bread with yeast butter! Was solo on the stopover, but didn’t need to worry - was give a lovely corner table and looked after throughout the meal. The most memorable stopover had in years - will be back!

We were very disappointed after a ice cold welcome on arrival on when getting our drinks at the bar to looking at the menu & finding no specials on a Saturday night. Waiting Staff was very good. Its not the first time to Ebrington Arms we had lunch once before which was nice hence we went back for an evening!

Having bought a Bottle of Chardonay I was a little suprised at the £35 cost plus a charge of £8.75 for a glass of medium Chardonay. Having checked the cost of the bottle, i found that you could buy a bottle for around £14, that means a whopping 160% markup.

This was our 2nd stay at The Ebrington Arms. 1st time was in Rm1. This time Rm2. I love this place. The bedrooms are beautiful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Mostly local to the village which is quintessentially English. As is the pub. We have had Dinner there previously and it was delicious. We were booked elsewhere this time but breakfast was excellent as usual. I can not recommend The Ebrington Arms highly enough. I urge anyone visiting the Cotswolds to stay here. Nextvtome Rm3 maybe?
