The best hotel in the city, clean and luxurious. Price is a bit high

In terms of hardware: it may be necessary to dismantle and rebuild a hotel; in terms of software, it is necessary to fire the existing front desk staff and recruit some guys. If you do not plan to rebuild the hotel, the following questions need to be paid attention to by the hotel manager: 1. Can the water pressure of the shower be increased, and the shower water for bathing seems to be not as strong as the occasional rain in the Middle East; 2. Can the waitress at the front desk learn to smile? The customer does not owe the hotel usury, and the customer is not a fugitive. 3. We can understand that the maintenance cost of the room is high, but at least the light in the bathroom should be fixed. bathing in the dark is not everyone's favorite thing.

In two years’ time I visited Dushanbe again and of course Hyatt was the only choice of my “second home”. From the moment of entering into the hotel lobby my eyeballs were immediately attracted by the interior glamour filled with embellishments of Tajik uniqueness. At checkin, I received a very warm welcome from Abdu who briefed me on all details pertaining to my stay. Abdu is by far among the most passionate and hospitable associates I have ever come across with Hyatt hotels worldwide. Despite his young age, his hospitality quality stood out from the rest of the team. Over time, experience can be accumulated and skillsets can be refined. However, when it comes to hotel servicing at international brands like Hyatt, the mentality (which means the heart and passion) is the key to everything. Abdu showed tremendous interests in his work at the front office, as well as an unwavering commitment to according guests’ satisfaction to the top priority. Apart from handling any enquiries and concerns that I had during my two-night stay at Hyatt, Abdu even assisted me with my personal issues such as arranging for money exchange (when all banks in town were closed in the weekend) and advising on some shopping options nearby the hotel. He was at all times eager to assist whenever and wherever possible. I highly commend Abdu and would like to send my specific compliments across, simply because he possessed all the qualities and attributes essential for being a hospitality professional. Last but not least, I have to recognise the collaborative efforts of Zulkifl (General Manager), Fakhriddin (Front Office Manager), Igor (F&B Manager) and their respective teams in taking care of my booking, without which my experience with Hyatt Regency Dushanbe would never be as seamless and flawless as Hyatt hotels worldwide used to offer.

Hyatt Regency Dushanbe exceeded all expectations 🔥 Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and an excellent location have made it the ultimate choice for holidays and personal business. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the pool is a real find. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service!

I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Dushanbe for for 6 months over the last 3 years. My most recent stay was 9/6/24 to 11/16/24. This is a great place to stay. The staff from the reservations/front desk(Bunafsha, Max,Rasul, and Zulkifl) are first rate. The restaurant and bar offer great selections and five star service. The staff ( Nurinisso, Munisa, Azamat, Kumron,Navruz,Yasmina, Ruslan, Maqsad and the chef) will do everything possible to make your meals memorable. There is also a fantastic housekeeping staff (Gulnora and others) to ensure that your room is spotless every sing day. There is also a large and well equipped gym, pool and spa. I am looking forward to my next stay at the Hyatt.

This is the worst hotel in the Hyatt chain. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the mechanical noise. As a result of the battles with the reception, a technician came, who rummaged around behind the ceiling and fixed something. In the morning it turned out that the hot water pump was turned off. The hotel did not provide any apologies or compliments as a result.

I came to think of this Hyatt as home, even looking forward daily to arriving here after work. The staff are always positive and ready to be helpful. Many have become good friends.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Dushanbe and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish of my 2 weeks tour. It was my second tour to this hotel but this time my stay here was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to large part to the unforgettable Indian Cuisine. I highly recommend this holtel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with world class dining. Kudos to Chef "Pankaj Shahi" and the entire team for making my visit so memorable.

I stayed here for 9 weeks in Summer of 2024. This is a great facility. The staff makes one feel at home. Laundry service was amazing… 9 weeks of almost daily service and not one piece of clothes was lost! Front desk always greeted me with a smile and helpfulness… processing my weekly bills and ordering a taxi. Restaurant staff was always friendly and pleasantly social without interfering. Great “lounge” music in the restaurant allowed for conversations without shouting. Taxi rides to almost any location in Dushanbe was under US $2 from the hotel.
