İt was average hotel. The trip.com told us that it is including all taxes and charges. But at the hotel they have charged us 20 somoni as turist charge. It is very strange.

If you do not plan to rebuild the hotel, the following questions need to be paid attention to by the hotel manager: 1. Can the water pressure of the shower be increased, and the shower water for bathing seems to be not as strong as the occasional rain in the Middle East; 2. Can the waitress at the front desk learn to smile? The customer does not owe the hotel usury, and the customer is not a fugitive. 3. We can understand that the maintenance cost of the room is high, but at least the light in the bathroom should be fixed. bathing in the dark is not everyone's favorite thing.

ドゥシャンベで一番の高級ホテル クラブフロアは現在営業していないため、夜18時から1回のバーで食事ができます。好きなメニューから好きなだけ食べてるのでお得かも。 少し街中から離れていますが、博物館も近いですし、おすすめなホテルです。

Hyatt Regency Dushanbe — хороший отель международного уровня, который выделяется в городе. Номера просторные, с удобными кроватями и красивым видом на горы. Уборка качественная, постельное бельё свежее. Персонал старается быть внимательным и дружелюбным, большинство вопросов решаются быстро. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, но иногда блюда повторяются изо дня в день. Ресторан в целом неплохой, хотя цены выше среднего по городу. СПА и бассейн — приятное дополнение, но хотелось бы, чтобы оборудование в фитнес-зале обновлялось чаще. Иногда в лобби или ресторане могут быть задержки с обслуживанием, и скорость Wi-Fi не всегда стабильная. Тем не менее, в целом это, пожалуй, лучший вариант для комфортного отдыха или деловой поездки в Душанбе.

前台有一位名叫Adbu的工作人員，態度極差，每次碰到他都是一張撲克臉，問他什麼問題都非常不耐煩。我們離開那天拜託他幫忙叫的士，等了20分鐘都沒有來，他也不會幫我們跟進，衹會讓我們一直等，但他幫別的客人叫的的士都來了。

Without exaggeration for me Hyatt regency is my favourite thing in the whole city. We originally booked 7 nights but kept extending and ended up staying 12 nights. There aren’t so enougj activities/attractions in Dushanbe for more than 4/5 days probably unless you take the 9-13 days tour to the Pamirs highway . But just staying in this beautiful hotel was so relaxing it was difficult to leave The best hotel employee for me was Mukhammadrasul. Every morning je greeted me at breakfast with a big smile and always make sure all my needs were fulfilled. Upon out je even gave me a postcard. Cant be more grateful

With each stay the staff of this hotel making me feel at home and I want to come back as soon s possible. This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed, probably I had made a similar comments before as well. it is rare to find 10/10 in a hotel, here the entire staff works as a team and provide the guests the best of their experience. Such helpful and efficient staff, they know their jobs well, very well trained. The location of the hotel is great with walking distance from the tourist destinations and the lake beside it.
