洛杉磯白天28度，晚上13度，空調晚上就不制熱，不好的體驗

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I am travelling solo so this hotel was a treat after the longest hike, and I needed some comfort. It was incredible. Clean, modern, and the bed… wow. I could lay any way on the bed and I wasn’t hanging off it (I’m 6ft). It was perfect. The only very small ****** I had was that the hot tub was hogged so I didn’t get chance to use it. Otherwise, perfect!

We really liked this hotel. It was in a nice area. We walked to dinner. We liked having the continental breakfast. The room fit our family well and the whole hotel was very clean. Parking was easy.

Stayed for 2 nights in early JAN (2024). Polite and helpful staff. Easy parking. Walkable distances to restaurants and grocery stores.

I have stayed in this hotel a lot of times, however the experience I had this time was unexpectedly bad because the hotel staff were absolutely awful and rude, especially the manager for that night!!!!!!!! Never will I ever go back to this place!!!!!

We stayed 4 nights, the hotel was clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, walking distance to restauraunts and shopping, parking was secure, area was safe. Im glad we shopped around to find this place. I would stay here again.

The clerk made mistakes which delayed us significantly. The elevators did not work the following morning. Noisy children in hallways.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. Will definitely be coming back here.

Everythingh was almost perfect! Just the smoking area is not too great Its basically in the street(50% unsafe) People pass by and ask you for cigarrtte(anytime) The shower bahroom was flooring

It was great, property is clean and it looks like newly renovated, we got a 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a sofa bed. I got to sleep in sofa bed and let my family stayed in the room, but man! That was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and on top of that their coffee tastes great, unlike other hotels or restaurants that taste like nothing. The only cons is, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and all guests had to wake up step outside on a very cold night and turns out it was false alarm, according to some guests, it’s because of some folks smoking weeds in one of the rest rooms. I have never experienced that before and I felt so bad for the kids.
