Good location, hotel near MRT as mentioned. Hotel staff Su was very helpful during check in, especially asked me whether I need hotel amenities such as toothbrush and slipper straight away and request hotel staff sent to my room. Really appreciate the good hospitality. Things to improve: water pressure from shower not strong and breakfast variety. Anyway, enjoyed my stay in Ibis Al Rigga.

This was a decent hotel for a solo traveler. It’s located very close to the airport and was perfect for a layover stay as my flight was canceled. This is a budget hotel by Dubai standards, but was in a very lively area with shops and restaurants. It has a 24/7 gym and cafe. The front desk was very helpful but they do charge you for using the “extra” amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Rigga. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the red metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were diverse and tasty, providing a great start to the day. The hotel also has a travel desk, which is really convenient for planning excursions. Additionally, it's close to convenience stores, restaurants, and a mall. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely return to the hotel.

The hotel had good facilities, but there were some areas for improvement. The room was nice, but service could be quicker. Still a good option for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Al Rigga. The hotel is perfect for me except for the gym, which is poor in comparison to other hotels. I would be glad to stay there again.

I stayed here for 10 days with my friend. They called me 3 times in a row keep saying I have visitor well in fact I dont have since Im traveling with my friend. Both of us are registered in the hotel front desk. It was ridiculous. I did not enjoy my stay here.

I have waited in the reception/lobby for almost 1 hour just to confirm the payment. The receptionist told me that the booking was unpaid though I have payment receipt or confirmation. It took me time to contact the central reservation office to help me verify the payment. Then the reservation office called the hotel and verified the payment - it's a waste of time! Reception is not helpful.

They don’t have enough double beds. The give as joint 2 single bed which is really not good for sleep
