Reasonable rates and hotel, but a few areas need attention. Why is it that cleaners fail to wipe marks off walls, particularly around light switches etc? Our room had loads of hand and finger marks, as well as luggage scrapes etc. Not hard to fix but these had obviously built up over time and have been neglected, leaving a less than desirable impression of overall cleanliness. We were also woken at 2am with a noisy party next door to our room. Very inconsiderate! On calling reception we were told that it would be investigated. One hour later (3am) I had to call again to complain. The response from the night manager was basically one of annoyance, that they would have to visit the party room again! On check out later that morning there was no mention of the disturbance. You would think the night manager would have put a note on our booking to follow up with an apology, or an offer of compensation, but nothing. Very poor customer relations. They obviously were not concerned whether we might return to stay one day.

Excellent place to stay , clean rooms, comfortable bed, very quiet, friendly hotel reception staff. Great location, city centre.

Fantastic room, well equipped and good location in the free tram zone with great city views (worth requesting a room with views if available.

It's in an excellent location for us travelling for ice hockey. It has big grocery stores and tram stations within a few minutes walk. Also it has multiple food options within walking distance in the area. This time the accommodation wasn't all that clean including cutleries, glasses and cupboards. However with the very reasonable price with a lot of boxes ticked, I still would highly recommend this place.

Hotel staff are very helpful and accomodating. We really appreciate the early check in and a bit late check out. The room is excellent, modern and clean. Nice view. Very good location, grocery, pharmacy and shopping centre is just around, walking distance. Overall great experience. Thanks so much!

On Tuesday, July 17, 2024, I left a down jacket in room 817 at Nesuto Docklands Melbourne. That night, when I realized I had left the jacket in my room, I immediately called the hotel. I made two calls that night, and the hotel told me I had to wait until the next day's housekeeping to find out where the jacket was. The next day, I called from morning until afternoon, making more than seven calls in total. The hotel staff kept telling me to wait. They said the room had not been occupied. Just now, the hotel still hadn't gotten back to me until I called them again, and they said they couldn't find my jacket. There was also a couple of cash inside the jacket. I don't know how the management of this hotel runs the place, but such a large jacket can just disappear. Please do not stay at this hotel, and if you do, never leave anything behind because you won't be able to find it.
