Hotel is getting old. Not much upgrade in the room. The air-conditioning does not work well. Bed has not been upgraded. Still the hard bed. Shower is good. I have problem checking out and paying at the counter as they are not familiar in using foreign credit card.

貴都飯店是我在中國見過服務櫃台最差的一間飯店, 我本以為山東人好客, 沒想到三位櫃台小姐都是撲克臉, 回答問題就像機器人一樣, 入住時迎賓的話沒講, 退房時送賓的話也沒有, 就是告訴你押金稍後會退給你, 你不用在這邊等. 然後就沒了, 真是沒水準的飯店, 連我在江蘇太倉飛鹿村100元的鄉下酒店都比不上.
同時, 我沿路碰到的陌生的山東鄉親看到我路上騎車, 都會上前來攀談關心, 並祝我一路順風, 結果跟我有買賣關係的貴都飯店卻是這種表現, 硬體強有甚麼了不起, 沒有優質的服務軟體就像粗魯的莽夫一樣, 住宿體驗超差.
另, 大門及浴室大門開關時都嚴重磨差地板, 開關都很吃力, 電視有一半台數的畫質是雪花畫面, 千萬不要告訴我說這是正常的, 我可是這三十天內每天住飯店的人, 貴都是第一間有這種狀況. 再加上電梯上下時不斷地會有鋼絲wire拉扯的聲音, 很顯然也是疏於保養能拖就拖, 這如果是老飯店, 我們就體諒一下, 但這可是德州市裡的貴都飯店, 相關單位應該要關切一下.

説是四星級，給住的是對面的招待所房間，還狡稱是B座！
白毛巾比擦腳巾還黑還臟，房間豆腐塊大小，衞生間門吱呀亂叫！
入住簡直遭糕透了，服務態度還惡劣！
