Place ran by an older couple that are very helpful and they cook very good food (the chaofan was delicious). The views are breathtaking, specially from the second floor. The rooms are very simple, the bathrooms could be better, but it is understandable as we’re high up in the mountain. The room was a bit cold, but the bed had a heat mat which was key to spend the night.

The accommodation is a little difficult to find as there are many uphill dirt paths around. The hostess was a sweet lady, and was very accommodating, and the staff even helped me dry our clothes. The food cooked by the host was a refreshing change from all the spicy malat dishes, and we thoroughly enjoyed them.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts were really caring and friendly. They constantly checked on us and took great care of us! Would recommend to anyone who is intending to stay in Yubeng.

The hosts are very helpful and friendly people. The location is very conveniently in the village, close to the bus stop and starting points for hikes. The room and toilet isn’t the most sanitary or new but need to manage expectations on the mountain.

Great service from the staff. Very responsive and helpful. I would recommend visitors stay in Lower Yubeng unless your main attraction is the glacier lake hike. The property is roughly 1-2km from Lower Yubeng and is a bit difficult to reach on foot.

The boss is not a professional chef but he is from Guangxi and cooks delicious food. I stayed here for two nights. Although I encountered some naughty parents and children on the first night, Ctrip customer service and the boss also actively dealt with it. If you go to Shangyubeng, I strongly recommend this inn!!!

Picture 1 is the photo of Jinshan Mountain in the morning taken in the restaurant, and pictures 2 and 3 are the beautiful Shennv Peak in the corridor at the door of the room. The scenery is very beautiful. The room is tidy and clean, and there is an electric blanket on the bed. The boss is very enthusiastic, and you can borrow hiking poles at the front desk. Finally, I recommend beef noodles. Although I forgot to take a photo, the ingredients are super rich.

The location is in Shangyubeng, the food is delicious, the location is also very good, it is on a high place, the layout is good, the bosses are very nice, if I have the chance to go there again, I will choose to live here again.

I highly recommend this inn. I was exhausted after hiking from Ninong. When I arrived, the owner and the sister of the inn warmly entertained me by warming the fire and serving tea. They also helped me to bring my heavy bag to the room. The view from the inn room is invincible. Every morning when I get up and open the curtains, I can see the golden mountain in the sun. The food in the inn is also super delicious. You can eat authentic Cantonese and Hunan cuisine. My partner had altitude sickness on the last night. The owner cared about providing medicine and hot water in the middle of the night. Thank you very much! Come again next time!

The inn is located in Shangyubeng, facing the Shennv Peak with a great view. The owner is a good cook. We had breakfast and dinner at the inn, which tasted very good. There is a supermarket near the inn where we can buy things and fruits, which is very convenient. The inn can rent trekking poles for free. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Compared with the same price in Xia Yubeng, the cost performance of Shang Yubeng is not so high. The scenery outside the corridor is nice, but the squat toilets and facilities are relatively old, so you can't be too tolerant. However, the boss is very enthusiastic and cooks delicious food. I was very satisfied after a day of climbing.

The location is relatively high, the viewing environment and conditions are very good. The boss is always there, and you can even warm yourself by the fire at night. The price-performance ratio should be very high in Shangyubeng.

For people who go to Yubeng for hiking, having a dryer is really a plus, because it is inconvenient to go in and out of Yubeng now, and you can't bring too many clothes. With a dryer, you can just bring a set of clothes to change. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, just average. Environment: The hotel is right in front of the snow-capped mountains. If you are lucky, you can see the golden mountain in the morning when you open the door. The hotel also has a special terrace where you can take photos and record videos. The fog was a bit heavy for the two days we were there, so we could only see a little. Service: The store provides free trekking poles, so friends who go hiking after June next year don't need to bring their own. Before June next year, the road is still under construction and you need to hike to the pickup point. It is recommended to bring your own.
