We stayed a total of 3 nights at this hotel, which was part of a tour with Holidays At. Rooms are clean and large and had a view of the street out the front noise, not much of an issue. Staff are friendly and helpful when my wife bumped her head just down the road. Needing 5 stitches, they helped us take her to a private hospital, which was terrific. Had dinner on two occasions, and the meals were lovely. A short stroll to your left from the hotel, you will find ATMs and a market each night with many different food options.

Breakfast, food and room services were good and staff were very friendly and helpful especially in dining room. Air conditioning in the allotted room was not cooling and door had broken, poor lock system. This should be checked before allotting the room in order to avoid guest facing hardships after a tiring journey. However, staffs at reception was helpful and changed me to a good room after pointing out and requesting for change. Maintenance and housekeeping was okay. Beds comfortable and bedsheet towels were clean and not old. Packed mineral water should be provided as complimentary.

I stayed for 3 days in hotel rose-mallow through booking by make my trip. The stay was an average experience, but the food i ordered here was terrible. The chicken wa rotten and the taste of gravy and biryani was horrible. The break fast is also an average experience. When i raised the issue with management they offered me a complimentary recipe which i rejected.

I am doing a golden triangle tour of India. I asked company to change my hotel and they picked this one. Great hotel. Nice friendly helpful staff. Food was yummy. Clean hotel. Thanks heaps for the breakfast u packed for me for the train this morning. Was great and very sweet.

Waste of money. Staffs are non corporative. Thry are strung at customrrs. There is a lady at reseption. She was asked for adress and she reverted thats not their job. Waste of money no hot water n. Nothing on location. This is just like a railway dormatory. Not neat at all. When get into the hotel it looks like a star. But inside its waste

We had a good staycation. We came to delhi for weekend staycation and found the property to be good. We travel-led as a couple. Hotel neat and clean. Room was neat and clean. The only drawback i found in the hotel was that hot water was not available in the bathroom 24*7
