Hotel north star residency is best hotel in Dehradun. Rooms is very cleans. Food is very delicious. Staff is very helpful and polite. Receptionist is good and checkin process is very easy and good. Hotel is placed in main market and railway stations is only 600 mtrs from hotel.

The service we got during the day was a very bad experience, in which we did not get any facility from the people, but yes, we got good support from the people who were working at night. And we 3 adults and a small child whose age was 11 years and we also wrote in the booking, although these people gave us a room with 2 beds instead of 4 beds, when we said that we wrote in this. We had to pay them a separate charge of 1000 per day to change the room. Very bed experience for this hotel,

The stay was not comfortable. The room telephone was not working. The breakfast was booked by the hotel said that the breakfast would be provided after 10 am and refused to refund the breakfast money. The staff was very rude.

Wonderful stay, courteous staff, good location. No lift here, so senior citizens may have to see as the reception is in the 1st floor. Else everything was good. Recommended for solo or couple travellers.

There was not a good services. Facilities are mentioned at the time of booking as much below standard. Not a good sign for good work much services are not available like tv wifi cleaning rooms after asking.
