Ulasan JI Hotel (Datong Dayou Plaza)

This hotel is very good! The service is very nice. They gave us a better room for the same price. The rooms are clean and big enough to feel very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and has a lot of different options, including local food. When we left, they gave us some tea bags. The locations is also perfect. We arrived very fast from the train station and we could go to the ancient city by walk.

Clean rooms, purified air systems, 12mins didi ride away from old city, with free DIY laundry service, and 7-9pm there is free dessert at lobby every night. You can request for free ice cream every time you walked past the lobby. And free fruits at lobby. Service is great! Just that there is a sewage smell in my room’s toilet, though my parents room that is one room away from mine have no problems at all. We arrived by high speed train from Beijing in the morning 1030am. The hotel allowed us to do early check in, awesome! This is a very value for money hotel, and totally exceeded my expectation even though this is by right only a local hotel chain. They have a gym too but I didn’t get to use it.

Clean, modern, and comfortable stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent hospitality throughout. Great location and smooth check-in experience. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

It is good overall. Hotel seems to located in business district. The ancient city is about 15-20 minute when we drove to Huayan temple. Overall it is a notmal Ji hotel standard.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Wide variety of breakfast selection and the food quality is good. Provide free fruits, snacks and drink at the lobby hall. Most of the staff are helpful, except for an unpleasant encounter with one of the front desk male staff on the mid autumn night shift. He is the only one on night shift duty on the night of 17 Sep. He seems quite impatient and unfriendly to attend to us. The counter sells beer, we were asking him if is ok to buy the beer and have it at the lobby dining area. He didn't give a direct answer of 'No', we were confused and kept asking. But he raised his voice, which is unprofessional of a customer service staff. We were not expecting such service and attitude from a well-known hotel. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience at the hotel and generally we are satisfied with the experience.

房間比較滿意 前台工作人員也非常和善 早餐雖然種類不是特別多 但味道很不錯 感覺比在一些特別貴的五星級酒店吃的更順口 美中不足 酒店早餐7點開始 如果想頂門去雲岡石窟 這個早餐就沒法吃 希望可以改到6:30
