Mount Queens Hill Resort & Spa

It is a very nice Hotel. The services were good .. The behaviour of the staffs here are awasome.. Specially Mr. Reshap, Mr. Sonu and Miss Raksha were just excellent. The quality of food was good. The Restaurant was a excellent place to have your food

It was my horrible experience in Mount Queen hills resort , Mirik . Hotel ambience was really nice but their service was very pathetic , I never expected that type of service 🐕‍🦺. In dine time me and my family visit resturant around 8 o'clock at that time the restaurant staff says dinner was not ready it will take more than 30 minutes , I'm shocked this time dinner also not ready , I'm with my senior citizen they all are very tried for long drive .... ... After 1 hour wating our food served on our table ... First that soup was really not good it was just full of water and much of salt ... I ask to change my soup, time will take more than 30 minutes... Again we started main course the all food was so cold 🥶 ... I never complain about food but it's already take more than 90 minutes for one dine ... Manager also not take serious,this kind of food which you serve your guest ... Breakfast also same condition , I request to the management department don't take only money from the guest ... Do needful also what the guest face, the problem in your hotel.. Second day I change my hotel near by (jagjit Hotel ) that was superb .... Hospitality everything ...

Very good place to stay with a very lovely view. Best hotel to stay and service is also very good. Good service given by hotel management and also by rishav gurung. When ever you have to visit in mirik definitely you can visit this hotel you really enjoy there services.
