Everything was great! Great shows, very clean, best buffet ever. A pleasant experience and definitely worth visiting!

Don’t expect much for the rooms, you are paying for the all you can eat and drink, fast pass, and amazing experience of the desert, kids loved it!

Nice and very special hotel....which i really suggest to visit. I think 2 night is maximum, to make it interesting.

The Qingming Festival just passed. I booked a king-size bed room with sand view. The room is not too big, but it is also nice to open the balcony door and see the desert. There are few guests staying in the hotel during the off-season, but the hotel staff are very considerate and polite, and the service is particularly good. The restaurant in the off-season is a la carte, not a buffet, but the taste is good~ The service is also very good~ There is also a brother Xiao Jia and a big sister who are very patient to play with children and set off fireworks even if there is only one child. The children like the big brothers and sisters in the hotel very much. The hotel can also take children to play sand painting and pottery, and also provides sandboards for children to slide happily. The rhythm of preschoolers does not want to walk~

For a 4000+ hotel, I think except for the room which is average~ average~ average~ average~, everything else is perfect😍 The service is impeccable. Every waiter serves wholeheartedly and makes you feel very comfortable. Whether it is in the hotel, outdoors, or in the restaurant, it is perfect. I stayed for 3 days and had 6 buffet meals. It was the first time that we were the only family in the hotel, but the hotel's service attitude was still excellent. We were accompanied by two housekeepers, and there was someone accompanying us wherever we went. We fully enjoyed the private service. All the waiters in the hotel were warm and thoughtful. Although it was deserted, I was still very satisfied. I especially thank the hotel housekeeper Xiao Yang (there was also a female housekeeper whose name I forgot). When she learned that it was our two babies' birthdays, she gave us small gifts and helped us prepare birthday cakes. The restaurant waiters enthusiastically helped us spend an unforgettable birthday with our babies! In the evening, a group of actors performed for our family and they were still enthusiastic and full of performances! The hotel room is clean but a bit detailed, and the service is top notch!!! There is also a cafe upstairs and a bar at night. ATVs and camel riding are available right at the door of the hotel, so you don't have to go to Xiangsha Bay to get some fresh air. There are also two days of skiing, shooting, archery, crazy grid and other games. There are also performances and fireworks at night. You don't have to go back to the room except for sleeping. Finally, I must thank the butler Dazhuang for his thoughtful service. He reminded us to make reservations for each project in advance.
