Awful customer service, and dishonest. Overchanged us and then would not refund. The team were solely focused on their profits and could not have cared less about a booking error which was not of our making.Agressive service manager would not hear us out . Certainly not what one would expect at these prices. Would never go back

This place is adorable! We had such a cozy room. We wish we had spent more time there. The "feel" of this place was so appropriate for the region. The staff was very nice-- gave us advise of places to stop, restaurants to eat. There's such a romantic restaurant on the property! Like a dream! Other vacationers told us that their spa was fantastic, although we didn't have a chance to indulge. Hotel Columbia was just a few minutes from the gondola with the most amazing views!!! There's a restaurant mere yards from the hotel which was an enjoyable experience. I recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location as it’s not far from the ski lifts if your driving or ski bus stop (we did not use ). Breakfast was excellent with a really good selection selection - from cakes, cereals , breads, yogurts, fruit as well as hot ( eggs, bacon, pancakes , sausages) and cold food ( salads, meats, cheese etc) plus Great coffee and juices. Breakfast was only starting at 8am, so if your a die hard skier then you need to be quick to get onto the slopes when they open at 830 or 9. We also walked into the main town from here - only about 10minutes, my only issue is there is not much of a pavement down the hill and you have to walk on the road - not the hotels fault however - take a torch !! Plenty of parking too. You can also walk behind the hotel via the park to the old Olympic stadium ( worth a visit and see where the James Bond movie was set!!) or rock climbing wall. The room was a 3 bedroom family room - a decent size actually with plenty of wardrobe storage and draw units. Bathroom was big enough for us and We also had a bath with was a nice treat for a change !! Really friendly reception and owner - allowed us to have pizza delivered too 👍 as well as a bar for evening drinks. There is a spa facility attached too but this is an extra cost , I did use it and it was professionally run, very clean and tidy , great massage 👌🏻, usual stuff - tub, large sauna , steam room, plunge pool and ice cold bucket !! Relaxing lounger chairs with fab views of the mountains !! Changing rooms and shower. So overall I was very pleased and would stay again.

We loves our one week stay here. Rooms were old fashioned but bathrooms are new and big. All areas were clean, beds very comfortable. Location is also great, 10minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast delicious. For me rooms lack kettles in it to make coffee or tea, on the other hand staff was exceptional and always took care to make tea any time we wantd.

We loved our stay at the quaint Hotel Columbia. While not a luxury hotel, this hotel was a very good value in a very expensive area. The facility was very clean, we could walk to the city center and we really enjoyed our mountain views from our room's balcony. The staff was friendly and they went out of their way for our special request. Our only complaint is that they charge a fee for the use of the hot tub/sauna. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Everything was perfect. Even if their room is a bit old fashioned to my taste but their bed is good to sleep on and their bathroom is modern which was the main reason I decided we booked on this hotel. We thanked Monica and Marcel. We had a room with a balcony facing the beautiful mountains. Breakfast was great. No parking problem. Marcel told us a safer way going to the center of Cortina without walking along the road which did not have pavements. Loved our stay here. Our room is tidied perfectly. Thanks to the ladies who do their job well. We stayed here for 3 nights. Highly recommended.

Great ski chalet, with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are super comfortable, with lots of space. No issues with parking either. The hosts were very helpful, and had excellent suggestions for restaurants.

Just returned from a 5 night stay here....and we ( hubby and I) loved it. We had a large room with mountain views and balcony..all areas were very well cleaned, including our room and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was really very good with lots of hot and cold choices. There is no on site restaurant but it's just a short walk into town and there is a pleasent on site bar( we were the only customers) if you fancy a nightcap. The bus stop to the ski lifts ( included in the ski pass) is a short walk away, but we chose to drive to the various lift systems available...there is an locked boot/ ski room . There's an on-site Well Being centre available for an extra cost which is worth a visit ( warning...some patrons usibg the facilities are naked). Best of all we're the wonderful staff....they are all so helpful, kind and pleasent.... always happy to help and full of local knowledge and tips....thank you so much ...I would highly recommend this gem of a Hotel.

Booked as a last decision to visit the 'Three Peaks', great choice! The room was of a good size with a lot of wood! and good size bathroom, we had a room with a small balcony and a view of the mountains. The staff was wonderful recommending restaurants and giving advice on the area. Breakfast (stayed during covid) was a buffet but not self service, they had three members of staff who asked you what you wanted and they plated it for you, no limit on going up. Tea and Coffee was served at you table. We used the Spa once but you have to pay extra on top of the room price, very new if a bit on the small size. We would stay again,
