Ulasan Coron Gateway Hotel & Suites

Very convenient because it's close to the marina where all activities starting and you 'll be the last one to picked up))Friendly stuff. Big rooms with huge beds and quite air conditioning. But every morning (we had 2 mornings) there was a dead cucaracha around bath area. Restaurant downstairs making a good advert even though it's overpriced and always with mistakes in order or dishes or "we don't have that". Overall is ok for 2 nights when you go on a full water tour in between.

We got a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and the sink was almost completely clogged. We only stayed two nights fortunately... because also in the morning is very difficult to sleep due to all the traffic from the port

Music downstairs, cannot adjust aircon, stained carpets and bathroom, felt like I was going to fall through bathtub while having a cold shower- as not hot. Hopped into bed to start scratching all over within 20 mins. Left midway through the night. Won’t return.  Was offered another room but no Thankyou.

I really love the location of this hotel, specially when you are with kids. The room is spacious. Perfect for family or friends vacation. The receptionist are kind and always smiling 😃

This was our third room in the hotel during the same trip. This was also the worst part of our trip. The quality of the room was the same as the others we stayed in - very wide, but not very clean. The water pressure was also very low, and the hot water was not very reliable. Again, the bathtub was basically useless because of how slowly the water trickled out to fill it up. The second evening we came back to find the room hot, humid, and feeling like a sauna. The A/C had broken, and they told us there were no other rooms that we could move to. They gave us the choice to wait for a few hours until the AC was fixed, or try a smaller replacement room. The replacement room we went to was smaller and clearly uncleaned - the carpet felt kind of sticky/dirty/stained, and there was visible dirt and dust around the room. The AC in this room was also broken, and only blew warm air. After complaining some more, the staff revealed there was another empty room, they said they would clean it so we could move in. After over an hour of moving in and out, we were finally resettled into the new room. The staff were understanding and seemed to genuinely want to help, but seemed to be unable to make any decisions without authority of the management, who they kept calling to confirm. The management initially offered complementary breakfast if we switched to the smaller room, but after we moved to the new replacement room the staff said that the breakfast offer was canceled by the management, since our new room was of the same value as our original.  In the end, we wasted nearly all of our last evening moving from room to room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.  (Included is a picture of the falsely advertised 'ocean view').

The state was great. It was amazing. It was right at the beach.

Номер откровенно грязный! Ковёр на полу вызывает чувство ужаса. Чужие волосы, пятна, песок. За 5 дней моего проживания в номере ни разу не проводили уборку. Воду не приносили, туалетную бумагу тоже! Приходилось всегда самой идти и брать на ресепшен! Просила убрать номер, но почему то это не сделали. Но сам персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда и ответит на вопросы и выполняет любую просьбу! Заказывала массаж в номер, очень понравилось Также пользовалась услугами прачечной, вещи отлично постирали, но долго, ждала по 1,5 дня возврата вещей Поэтому за день до отъезда не стоит отдавать вещи в прачечную! Расположение вполне удобное. Номер старый, но в целом все есть, кроме фена, для удобства. Поэтому ставлю 3 Если им подтянуть вопрос уборки, то было бы замечательно и выше оценки!

位置服務都還行，就是不會主動更換浴巾。房間面積很大，還有浴缸，住還算比較舒服，算性價比不錯的酒店，值得推薦！！

設施比較老舊，衞生情況也一般，床品有的是沒有做更換的，枕頭上有別人的頭髮，WiFi幾乎不能用，信號微弱 好的地方是位置還不錯，出海距離碼頭很近，去鎮上走路5-10分鐘即可，空調給力
