We (family of 6 adults) stayed at Alisa Hotel for 4 nights, it was our base from where we booked tours to Sapa, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Rose was extremely helpful with recommendations, made sure we got great service from the the tours, gave discounts, free room upgrade when available and complimentary airport transfers because we booked all our tours thru them. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, very close to the lake, and shopping restaurants. Staffs are very nice. Rooms are big and clean

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Very comfortable and we were allowed early check in at a very reasonable rate. Clean, comfortable and very close to lots of things to do whilst being quiet and relaxing.

I had to change hotels on the 2nd day, I was ill on the first night I stayed there and there not much to do in the hotel, location was set in middle of hanoi old quarter where it was very dirty. I didn't rate this place at all made me feel spacial with a window in my room lol. It was very sad I had to stay there and catch a fever, hygiene was not all there. 😪😔🤒
