Excellent service, very clean. Lost my wedding ring, rang cafes, shops and hospital I attended. Lancaster lodge rang me the next day to say they had found it, huge sentimental value. Will be forever grateful, great honest staff. Thank you!

this lodge has the basic minimum. There is no refrigerator in the room to refrigerate drinks or food brought back from restaurants. they only sell water. There is no vending machines that have soda pop or juice. i Do not recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the Lancaster. The top floor room was large and immaculate. The breakfast room is bright, and the food was high quality. The whole hotel looks like it is very well managed. Favourite staff were Nunzia and supervisor Maggie. It’s just a nice walking distance to downtown.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Good parking and convenient location walkable to the city centre. We didn't get breakfast **as part of our room rate - did an easy 5 minute walk to the English Market instead and had wonderful meal there in the cafe as well as buying from the various vendors. Hotel staff was super friendly.

Clean room, lift to floor, and on site parking. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast in the AM has a charge but we found it reasonable and tasty. The hotel isn’t far from English Market or City Center. We found Liberty Grill restaurant by chance down the street. Great food there.

Great hotel, feels a tad dated in the rooms. The location is fantastic a short walk into Cork with free secure parking. From the outside the hotel looks very new but inside could do with an update compared to some of the hotels we stayed in during our stay in Ireland. The room was large and spacious and it had a comfy bed. Breakfast was good quality and we were able to adapt it to our requirements. I would definitely return

My room had an infestation of spiders. They took over the wall and the windows. I tried to move rooms, but the hotel was booked. They told me there was nothing they could do. My parenter qnd I attempted to kill as many as we couod to get through the night, but it was an impossible task. The spiders woupd go down the cieling onto the bed. Nothing was done during checkout because "there was no manager on site" it was ridiculous.
