Tidak sesuai sasaran. Cahaya di dalam ruangan sangat buruk. Kamarnya sangat kecil. Hanya 2 botol kecil air di kamar, jika diperlukan lebih banyak Anda harus membayar ekstra. Pelayanannya juga sangat buruk. Tidak ada kopi sachet di kamar. Ketika menelepon resepsionis, mereka mengatakan mereka akan dilayani hanya berdasarkan permintaan. Dan tidak ada senyum di wajah siapa pun, berarti keramahtamahan adalah nol. Di semua hotel kami disambut dengan menawarkan minuman selamat datang meskipun itu tidak wajib bagi mereka tetapi mereka semua menawarkannya. Dan ketika orang mereka sendiri menyuruh mereka untuk memberikan minuman selamat datang, tidak ada orang lain yang memperhatikan & tidak menawarkan apa pun yang sangat mengejutkan. Tolong jangan pergi atau menyarankan hotel ini.

I am still very surprised how this is a 4 star hotel. There is only 1 lift. The hall carpets are dirty and stinks. We had to ask for a dustbin for the room. Bathroom slippers are not available. The balcony is off access and dangerous. The hand held shower is broken and doesn't work properly. The pressure and temperature keeps varying making showering very difficult. No vanity kit was provided. Only a small unlabeled bottle was there in the bathroom, which i assume to be the shower gel. No shampoo, no conditioner. The mini bar was locked. Our package included breakfast and dinner. The first day dinner was a great disappointment. They didn't even have a buffet, reason being if there are only less occupants they skip the buffet. The F&B manager then filled a plate with the food from the resto bar above and gave us. Dinner food was average. I suspect they kept the better stuff for patrons above and gave us the least moving items. Food was better from next mornin. But the food is not warm always, the bacon and sausages were cold and we had to ask them to reheat it. Overall a great disappointment. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city so you will need to get a ride to reach anywhere. Nothing is there in walkable distance.

I didn't expect this hotel would be this nice.But when I arrived to my room, that's make me really surprised because the room has a big bathroom and all of the staffs in the hotel are very helpful and kind.And the staffs came to my room for doing cleaning service everyday and also the foods providing from the hotel is also very delicious and enjoyable. And Dumit Nonis,who is one of the staffs from the hotel is very nice,humble and helpful.
