Lovely staff, clean room (toilet/ shower abit small) but the rest was great. Great location. Had to book a quick hotel due to cancellation , staff was accommodating. right behind the cathedral and central station.

This small, clean hotel is perfectly located and has everything you need for a short visit to this lovely city. The staff, especially Tobias, made us feel very welcome. Thank you. Nice touches were the water & beer in the fridges. Very hospitable.

The hotel sion in koln is located right in the center of all the action walking distance from the Great Dom cathedral Everyone was super nice and gracious, and when we had the misfortune of missing our flight they were very understanding and helpful really helped us out

Die Lage des Sion-Hotels ist klasse, direkt in der Nähe vom Heumarkt und vom Dom. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Doppelzimmer und Badezimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber man hält sich ja nicht allzu lange im Hotel auf. Parken war im Parkhaus am Heumarkt möglich.

Ik heb dit hotel samen met mijn vriendin bezocht voor een 2daagse trip naar Keulen. We werden positief ontvangen bij de receptie en redelijk snel naar onze hotelkamer geleid. De kamer zag er goed en netjes uit. De hygiëne was in de gehele kamer top waarbij de badkamer compact maar netjes was. Het enige minpuntje was dat de badkamer een ruis maakte wanneer het licht aan staat. Voor de rest hebben we genoten en waren erg te spreken over de prijs.

Situado al lado de la Cervecería Sion, bien situado en corazón de Colonia, bien situado para visitar la ciudad y mejor para visitar los mercados de navidad en esta temporada. También se puedes desayunar , las habitaciones están limpias quizás algo pequeñas pero suficientes para dormir, destacar que casi todo el personal habla español. Destacar a la Sra. Beatriz muy amable

Ich musste die Hotelreservierung, welche ich über "bookin" vorgenommen hatte einen Tag vor Anreise auf Grund eines Todesfalles in der Familie absagen. Das teilte ich dem Hotel mit. Keine Reaktion auf die Frage nach einer kostenlosen Stornierung. Dann am Tag der Anreise die Buchung via booking storniert. Booking bemühte sich um eine kostenlose Stornierung. Hotel besteht auf Stornokosten in voller Höhe des Buchungspreises. Mag ja sein das das statthaft ist, aber dennoch im höchsten Maße verwerflich. Dieses Hotel wird mich nie als seinen Gast haben.

Das Hotel Sion ist ok - nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, aber sehr sauber, die Lage ist super zentral, aber am Wochenende wegen bierseliger Touristen laut. Die Dame an der Réception war knapp nicht unfreundlich, bezahlen mussten wir im Voraus, was ungewöhnlich ist.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, pal in het centrum, parkeren om de hoek. Ontbijt keurig geregeld, koffie zoals je zelf wenst, uitgebreid buffet. Lift aanwezig. Mooie mogelijkheden om uitgebreid uit te gaan allemaal naast de deur, eten terrassen en bars.
