Beautiful resort!

The property was overall nice ! We rented the two bedroom condo with two baths. It was very clean. My kids were comfortable. Everything about the resort it self was nice. However, we didn’t feel welcomed or wanted by the guests or staff. It was like we’re the only black family there. When we did certain activities such as visiting the pool or the bar area they had we just felt very uncomfortable. My family & I just traveled to other cites such as Daytona beach & Orlando to enjoy the rest of our time in Florida. It was an overall pleasant area to stay. Everything was easy to get to. But as a black family if you don’t want to feel awkward this is not the place to book. Just saying ….

This place was great. It was clean, the pools were nice, and the staff were quick in getting what I needed. The only problem was that there was only 1 mirror in the bathroom. I wish there would have been another one in the bedroom.

This property was amazing. Great for family vacation. There were so many options for the kids to choose from right on the property.

Had an amazing stay here but the food wasn’t the greatest. Italian kitchen wasn’t good at all. Long wait, very pricey and the food was just not good. Other than that the resort was wonderful

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Bay! The amenities were great, such as the pool area, mini golf, zip lining, and rock climbing, etc. My children experienced some racial hatred while at the pool from a group of kids. However, I spoke to them about it, and how to professionally deal with such experiences!

Beautiful place. Did not opted for time sharing meeting. Beautiful apartment, we loved the lake view. Customer service was excellent. Explained everything. Just one thing, that the tub was not washed. There was long hair in the bathtub from the previous tenants. Otherwise, beautiful and relaxing.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t get cellular services until I left the property and tha the room I was given had a walk in shower only in the second bathroom.

The property is a gated community of condos with some amenities within. It sits just off highway 192, is .5 miles from highway 27 and about 4 miles from I-4, so it is conveniently located. There is an easily accessible Publix (grocery) just to the west and restaurants galore to the east on highway 192. The condo I stayed in had a musty smell (even freshly washed clothes smelled musty on return from trip), but the condo was very clean overall. It was a first-floor condo, so it was easily accessible, although difficult to spot which building it was in at night on first arrival. The stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, televisions, etc were clean and in working order. The queen bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint was the shower. It was so narrow that the shower had to be taken sideways without being in the shower curtain. Even then water still got all over the floor and had to be mopped up. Minor, but something that could definitely be improved. Overall a decent stay for a reasonable price with parks and amenities very close by. The staff was very friendly and I would consider them again for my next Orlando visit.

Second time here and overall nice. Negs- Could not accommodate a room change since overbooked. The floors were very dirty and our feet were black. We had to mop ourselves. No screens on windows. Musty smell and couches felt wet. Daily crafts overpriced. Pros- pools were nice. Well maintained property (can get noisy all day however). Zip lines were free! Nice quiet gym , lots to do if you don’t want to go to parks. Publix nearby. Lots or pools. Beach nice this year.

It was a great getaway for a week! The staff was attentive only problem we had was with the BBQs a little outdated and some didn’t work at all

I loved that it had a starbucks on site and the different activities for the children. I didnt like that it was not culturally developed.

It was a very comfortable place. The place was clean. The coffee maker did not work and the toilet overflowed the first time it was used. Overall it was nice and comfortable and I would stay again.

Exploria resorts was an absolute oasis! Transportation to and from Disney, beautiful condos. Even know my stay was only 5 days long, it felt like home. Me and my family made memories that we will cherish forever!
