實話實説前台入住的時候一般比較冷淡反倒是退房的前台還挺熱情的，酒店整體可以説乾淨衞生，位置很頂，去美術館，火車站，商場，中國城都可以步行，出門就是城軌的車站交通無敵了，還有個小保險櫃，總體性價比之王

不錯的酒店 位置優越 環境優美 麻雀雖小但五臟俱全 美中不足和英國大多數酒店一樣不提供牙刷拖鞋 晚上入住後出去單獨買了 其他都非常滿意

非常好，設施完善，酒店位置很好，環境優雅，值得再來一次！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

We were given a rather dark room but got a much lighter one immediately when we asked. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean and very nicely decorated.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Good bed and shower. Great value for money in the City Centre.

cleanliness was the best and everyone was so nice about everything and it made me feel very welcome and happy. the stay was great, beds are very comfortable.

Location was excellent, really enjoyed our stay. Only one fault and that was that only one pillow was provided that was extremely soft.

Room is on the smaller side but did us well for 1 night as the bed was very comfy and good TV. I would describe this hotel as a high-end budget hotel due to having no iron, few toiletries, no sockets near a mirror and the hotel unfortunately only offers a continental breakfast with no hot items included which wasn't specified to us. However overall a very good stay for the price and helpful staff.

Quiet and in the center of everything in Manchester. Easy access to public transport to Old Trafford. Perfect for a weekend in Manchester to watch a United match.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Beds are a bit hard and room was cold. But otherwise great. Well connected as it's tight next to the St Peters Sq tram stop.
