The location is great, the room is a bit old. Staff is very friendly.

Nice place

位置在商業街後面，逛街非常方便，附近吃飯和便利店比較少，需要走一走。酒店本身的設計挺不錯，有品質感，房間也很寬敞，窗外可以望到遠方的雪山。但美中不足是浴室，淋浴房擋不住水，很容易搞得滿浴室都是水，挺狼狽的。

房間比照片中的小，設施很陳舊，冷漠的前台人員。而且，混亂的價格管理，我定了一個房間，1700多人民幣，酒店標註“最後一間房”，我定了之後2秒內，同樣房型酒店降價到了1400人民幣，也顯示“最後一間房”。酒店辯稱這是一個人入住的價格，但在此之前，完全沒給提示。而且，也沒有解釋為什麼會有兩個“最後一間房”。

不愧是都靈第一的酒店，位置市中心，房間設施一流，前台服務非常好，早餐非常豐盛，強烈推薦！

酒店前面是Roma大街，後面是朗哥里大街，離維託里奧廣場很近。位置好，酒店是都靈最好的。酒店自己沒有停車，傍邊有公共停車場。

Bell hotel di alta classe . Reception molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione deliziosa e ampia scelta di prodotti di qualità. Da ritornarci. Centro benessere gratuito per un' ora di completo relax. La stazione ferroviaria è a meno di 10 minuti dall hotel. Dall ultimo piano si può ammirare Torino le Alpi con certe viste mozzafiato.

What a beautiful visit to the city of Turin! The hotel was perfect the staff were always helpful and kind. Especially the concierge Silvia was amazing from the day I booked with my many emails. Thank you for making our trip so special. After my son left they allowed me to stay in the room as an upgrade. The spa was great! Do not miss it. A truly wonderful experience and free for hotel guests. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting Torino again one day.

The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room but the The sound of our upstairs room footsteps was constantly noisy. We are not sure but it sounded like the person is walking across the room going back and forth for an extensive period of time. The hotel is bit old but nice and clean also well furnished. We are grateful for the front desk to help us getting us a taxi since we couldn't speak Italian.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent and friendly service. We were upgraded to a junior suite which had a bathtub. Much appreciated after days of walking! Everyone went out of their way to help and the service was courteous, attentive and efficient. Located in a great area with great shopping, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!!
