Golf course (18 hole) 15.5 km, riding stable 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 16 km. Hiking paths: Intelvi Valley 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. At the ground floor there is a bar. 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: large living/dining room with TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. Super located spacious apartment in Osteno right on the water. bar directly below. But no problem with the volume. We were mid June. Apartment has no wifi. Small grocery store 50 meters around the corner. Restaurant with a great lunch menu 100 meters. Pub

large pleasant apartment in a prime location and a very nice view from all windows. Of course you can hear noise from the bar and the beach promenade, but ok with the windows closed. Uncomplicated handling of arrival and final handover. Cozy bathing beach
