Very good sleep. It was a well appointed room. Baths with shower over. Way stay for evening match. I did not dine or have breakfast as i left too early and wanted ameal before 6pm. It is just over 5 minutes from Station and easy stratorward walk to PNE ground. Left early next day to catch 5:44 train.

Room was big enough for three of us. Quiet and great blackout curtains for the kids. Best part of the stay was without doubt the breakfast. This was 5*. Sue who ran breakfast was a total highlight and couldn’t do enough to make the experience lovely. Would come back and visit just for her!

Staff member Lavinay went out of her way to look for a Valentine’s card my husband had sent to the hotel for me. A lovely warm member of staff who sets the tone for a pleasant experience in Preston. A friendly face both in the evening on the reception desk and again at breakfast in the morning.

Room was great. Nice and clean, decent sized (family room). Large TV and very clean bathroom. Loved the quick check in process. I like premier Inn more than travelodge and will return. Didn't like how cleaning staff knocked on our door well before the 12pm check out time.

We’ve stayed at numerous Premier Inns and always had enjoyable stays. But the welcome we received from staff here was another level. Special thanks to Harry at the breakfast. The nicest member of staff we’ve been looked after by. Thank you so much for looking after our family - really welcoming and went out of their way to talk to us and help with anything we asked. We will definitely come again.
